Why did Zahid capitulate so fast and so completely after 30 days of Malaysian Game of Thrones?

(Tatal ke bawah untuk kenyataan versi BM)

The past week confirmed what I said last Thursday that Malaysia was in the midst of an unprecedented political tornado with plots, sub-plots, counter-plots and counter-sub-plots emerging from the woodworks over the shape and form of the government of Malaysia – as the backdoor Muhyiddin government which emerged from the Sheraton Move conspiracy lacked the legitimacy, capability and resources to be an effective government.

But suddenly, with the statement by the UMNO President, Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s yesterday reaffirming UMNO’s support for Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and the Perikatan Nasional government, Malaysia’s Game of Thrones seemed to have ground to a halt.

Compare Zahid’s statement on Sept 23 that many UMNO and BN MPs had voiced support for PKR President, Anwar Ibrahim to form a new government and that he respected their position to his statement yesterday calling for a “political ceasefire” so that tackling the Covid-19 pandemic and its economic impact on the people can be prioritised. In one fell swoop, the AGC has destroyed all public trust and confidence in its integrity and independence with its NFA decision on the case of the PAS Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister

(Tatal ke bawah untuk kenyataan versi BM)

In one fell swoop, the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) has destroyed all public trust and confidence in its integrity and independence with its NFA decision on the case of the PAS Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister, Mohd Khairuddin Aman Razali with regard to his violation of the Covid-19 quarantine SOP on his return from Turkey with his entourage on July 7, 2020.

One of the tasks of the 22-month administration of the Pakatan Harapan Government after the 14th General Election on May 9, 2018 was to restore public trust and confidence in the integrity, professionalism and independence of key national institutions and it is very painful that see such work being undone by the backdoor government which illegitimately toppled the Pakatan Harapan government in the infamous Sheraton Move conspiracy. Khairuddin should be referred to the Committee of Privileges when Parliament meets on Nov. 2 for violating Covid-19 SOP and threatening the health and lives of MPs with his wilful attendance of Parliament on July 13, 14 and 16 when he should be on 14-day home quarantine

The Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister, Mohd Khairuddin Aman Razali should be referred to the Committee of Privileges when Parliament meets on November 2, 2020 for violating the Covid-19 SOP and threatening the health and lives of Members of Parliament with his wilful attendance of Parliament on July 13, 14 and 16 when he should be on 14-day home quarantine on his return from Turkey on July 7.

Will the Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin move such a motion?

Or is Muhyiddin being held to ransom by Khairuddin and other PAS Ministers and Deputy Ministers, as the Muhyiddin government will fall if PAS withdraws support, especially at a time when UMNO is mulling to quit the Perikatan Nasional government and wants a new deal? Read the rest of this entry »

Is PAS Minister Khairuddin on leave pending police investigations or not?

9Tatal ke bawah untuk kenyataan versi BM)

Malaysiakini reported that there are conflicting claims surrounding the status of Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Khairuddin Aman Razali, who is being investigated for not adhering to the Covid-19 standard operating procedure (SOP) after returning from abroad.

Highly-placed sources informed Malaysiakini the PAS leader is on leave pending the outcome of the probe and this was conveyed to the cabinet last week.

However, this has been denied by the Minister’s aide, Muhammad Faudzi Jalil, who said it was business as usual for his boss.

The Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, should explain whether his Plantation Industries and Commodities Minster is on leave or not. Read the rest of this entry »

Would the 66th PAS National Delegates Assembly have ignored Khairuddin’s violation of Covid 19 quarantine SOP if he had not donated RM50,000 to his party?

(Tatal ke bawah untuk kenyataan versi BM)

Would the 66th PAS National Delegates Assembly have ignored PAS Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister, Khairuddin Aman Razali’s violation of Covid 19 quarantine SOP when he returned from Turkey on July 7, if he had not donated RM50,000 to his party?

This is a question many are asking.

Khairuddin’s donation was announced by the PAS Assembly permanent chairperson Husin Ismail after the PAS President Abdul Hadi Awang’s speech.

Political analysts had expected the PAS Assembly to touch on the Khairuddin episode and the issue of the performance of the PAS ministers in the Perikatan Nasional administration thus far, as currently, people do not have confidence in the abilities of PAS Ministers in the Cabinet, as UMNO Ministers and Deputy Ministers were seen as performing better.

But there was no questioning of the Khairuddin affair at all. Read the rest of this entry »

Why the reluctance to come clean and tell all about Khairuddin and his entourage’s trip to Turkey and breaches of Covid-19 quarantine SOP?

(Tatal ke bawah untuk kenyataan versi BM)

The Health director-general Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah had declined to respond to an accusation that the ministry was to be blamed for the failure of cabinet minister Khairuddin Aman Razali to quarantine himself after returning from Turkey.

I support Noor Hisham as this is a political question which should not be answered by any civil servant, but a question to be answered by the political leaders, which is why I had specifically ask the Health Minister, Dr. Adham Baba, to explain whether the Health Ministry was guilty as charged by PAS and whether their silence constituted an admission of guilt.

In my media statement yesterday, I had referred to the accusation levelled by the PAS spiritual leader Hashim Jasin at the PAS Muktamar in Ipoh last weekend that Khairuddin should be considered a hero even though he broke Covid-19 quarantine rules as his trip to Turkey had brought benefits to the oil palm sector. RM1,000 fine for PAS Minister to end the growing storm over his Covid-19 SOP breach sounds very fishy and contrived – why Khairuddin did not admit right from the beginning, what is the Health Ministry investigation about and what about others in Khairuddin’s trip to Turkey?

(Tatal ke bawah untuk kenyataan versi BM)

RM1,000 fine for the PAS Minister for Plantation, Industries and Commodities, Khairuddin Aman Razali to end the growing  storm over his Covid-19 SOP breach sounds very fishy and contrived as it raises more questions.

If the Health Ministry had acted  as early as August 7 and issued a compound of RM1,000 on August 7 and the Minister had paid the compound, the questions that arises include:

  1. Why the Minister had not admitted the SOP breach right from the beginning when the DAP MP for Seputeh Teresa Kok raised it in Parliament on August 18;
  2. Why the cock-and-bull story that the Minister’s trip to Turkey had the approval of the Prime Minister, that he had escaped 14-day quarantine because he was found “negative” in a “special test” for Ministers to go in and out of the country and that Turkey was a “green country (zone)” for Covid-19 pandemic!
  3. If action had already been taken on August 7, what was all the Health Ministry investigation in the last four days about?
  4. Is the payment of the M1,000 compound fine by Khairudddin on August 7 true?
  5. Why didn’t the Health Ministry require Khairruddin to wear the pink wristband, monitor and require him to be quarantined? Did Khairuddin defy such quarantine instructions?
  6. What about the others in Khairuddin’s trip to Turkey. How many of them,  who are they and were they all compounded?

Who will believe that the 42 BN MPs and 18 Pas MPs now support Pakatan Harapan 14GE Manifesto and the arrest and trial of Najib and former top BN leaders – and if so, will they make such a declaration?

Dalam memperkenalkan Manifesto Pilihan Raya Umum ke-14, Buku Harapan, Pengerusi Pakatan Harapan Tun Dr Mahathir pada 8 Mac 2018 telah mengatakan: Read the rest of this entry »

Why are PAS leaders panicking over Pakatan Harapan fulfilling its general election promises on power transition on Friday?

Three days ago, I asked: “Will PAS leaders and Opposition opportunists continue to stir the pot, hoping to perpetuate the perception that the Pakatan Harapan federal government is on its last legs?”

I had said that the “political situation should have stabilised after Anwar met Mahathir on Thursday and said that the Pakatan Harapan agreement of January 7, 2018 on the appointment of Mahathir as the seventh Prime Minister and the transition of power from Mahathir as the seventh Prime Minister to Anwar as the eighth Prime Minister would be finalised at the Pakatan Harapan presidential council on Feb. 21” but that “the prophets of doom and naysayers believed otherwise, claiming that a lot of things could happen before the PH presidential council meeting on Feb. 21”.

I have been proven right.

Hadi thinks Malaysians are fools to believe the latest PAS fairy tale that its confidence motion is to save the nation, when in fact it is to torpedo the Pakatan Harapan government and advance Hadi’s choice for Malaysians to be goat-herders or pig-herders

PAS President Datuk Seri Hadi Awang thinks Malaysians are fools to believe the latest PAS fairy tale that its confidence motion in Parliament next month is to save the nation when in fact it is to torpedo the Pakatan Harapan government and advance Hadi’s choice for Malaysians choose to be goat-herders or pig-herders.

It is also proof that the present PAS leadership is never committed to the principles of parliamentary democracy and will be the first to dispense with democratic principles and practices if given access to power, just as the present PAS leadership has exhibited its disloyal attitude to the Constitution and the Rukunegara after the 14th General Election, supporting corruption and kleptocracy as well as approving lies and falsehoods, sanitised as being “shariah-compliant”.

Hadi claims that PAS MPs are not “cowards” and even concocts the lie that DAP MPs are not united on the issue.

This is the latest example of “shariah-compliant” lie sanctioned by the present PAS leadership.

What is the political future of Malaysians for the present PAS leadership – a kleptocratic Malaysia, teeming with “shariah-compliant” sin and lies, for the people to choose to be goat-herders or pig-herders? Read the rest of this entry »

Malaysians do not want to be cow herders or pig herders but want to be on the cutting edge of technology, leveraging on the best values from the four great civilisations which meet in confluence in Malaysia, to build a world top class nation

The outbreak of the Wuhan coronavirus has also seen the outbreak of another “virus” – the Internet virus of lies, fake news and hate speech which is even more critical.

The previous deadly coronavirus outbreaks, whether Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV) which originated from China or Middle East Respiratory Synbdrome (MERS-Cov) which originated from Saudi Arabia, have shown that mankind is capable of prevailing over them, and it is reassuring that the Universiti Malaya Tropical Infectious Diseases Research and Education Centre (TIDREC) director Professor Dr. Sazaly Abu Bakar has said that unlike SARS and MERS. the Wuhan coronavirus has a low case fatality ratio (CFR) and appears to be less virulent at present, with the exception of the elderly and those with underlying health conditions.

But mankind has to find a solution to the Internet “virus”.

In fact, the “cyber-enabled information warfare” of lies, fake news and hate speech is one reason why the Doomsday Clock in 2020 now stands at 100 seconds to midnight, the most dangerous situation that humanity has ever faced.

Why is the Doomsday Clock so close to midnight so long after the end of the Cold War? Read the rest of this entry »

Malaysia is pioneering a mutation of fake news and hate speech by using unrelated old photos, videos, messages and lies to create a new false narrative – for instance that DAP supported LTTE, part of an evil but non-existing LTTE-DAP-Israel-America quartet and that Lee Kuan Yew and Chin Peng were my cousins

Malaysia is pioneering a mutation of fake news and hate speech by using unrelated old photos, videos, messages and lies to create a new false narrative in the social media – for instance, that DAP supported LTTE, that DAP was part of an evil but non-existing LTTE-DAP-Israel-American quartet, that the former Singapore Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew and former Malayan Communist Party (MCP) leader Chin Peng were my cousins and a whole host of other bare-faced lies.

Until the recent arrests last week, DAP had never been accused in the past 43 years of having supported the LTTE whether since its formation in 1976, or during the 26-year civil war in Sri Lanka from 1983-2009, or in the last 10 years since LTTE’s military defeat and the killing of the LTTE leader, Velupillai Prabhakaran in 2009.

Why is the DAP suddenly accused of supporting the revival of LTTE and the publication of the monstrous lie in the PAS publication, Harakah, of an evil but non-existing LTTE-DAP-Israel-American quartet? Read the rest of this entry »

An example of the evil and lunacy of the recent upsurge of fake news and hate speech to incite inter-racial and inter-religious polarisation and conflagration

I discovered today another evil and lunatic example in the recent upsurge of fake news and hate speech to incite inter-racial and inter-religious polarisation and confrontation and why the government must take immediate action against such dangerous trash.

The following post on the social media accused the DAP as the real organiser of the Malay Dignity Congress, making use of Dr. Mahathir Mohamad and Bersatu.

Under the heading “KONGRES MARUAH MELAYU AGENDA POLITIK TERDESAK DAP MELALUI PPBM – MELAYU JANGAN TERJERAT”, it said among other things:

Read the rest of this entry »

PAS-UMNO Himpunan Penyatuan Ummah (HPU) is not about Malays or Muslims but about saving UMNO from oblivion and keeping UMNO leaders out of jail and giving PAS the opportunity to be Big Brother in a PAS-UMNO alliance and for PAS President to have a shot to be Prime Minister of Malaysia

Pertama, siapa yang berada di dalam kerajaan sejak enam dekad yang lalu dan bagaimana mungkin untuk kerajaan Pakatan Harapan memperbetulkan masalah yang diciptakan UMNO dalam tempoh masa satu, dua atau lima tahun sedangkan hegemoni UMNO dalam kerajaan telah bersarang selama enam dekad lamanya, yang agenda sebenarnya bukan untuk mengangkat taraf kehidupan bumiputera tetapi sebaliknya untuk mewujudkan UMNO-putra yang hari ini telah menciptakan kleptokrat global Malaysia pertama yang menjadi watak penting dalam skandal rasuah membabitkan 1MDB. Pakatan Harapan tidak akan menghapuskan apa yang baik untuk negara, tetapi akan melaksanakan pembaharuan terhadap apa yang buruk dan menjejaskan negara;

Read the rest of this entry »

The PAS-UMNO HPU and its Charter last Saturday have resulted in escalation of fake news and hate speech in the manipulation of issues of race and religion to polarise inter-racial and inter-religious relations in the country

The PAS-UMNO Himpunan Penyatuan Ummah (HPU) and its Charter last Saturday have resulted in the escalation of fake news and hate speech in the manipulation of issues of race and religion in the past five days to polarise inter-racial and inter-religious relations in the country.

First, UMNO Vice President and former Minister, Datuk Ismail Sabri perpetrated the fake news that Jakim and the halal certification process had been transferred to the Finance Ministry, and disseminated the hate speech to create alarm, fear and hate among Muslims that non-Muslims are now responsible for the halal certification process.

Next, on Malaysia Day on Monday, PAS President, Datuk Seri Hadi Awang perpetrated the vile and divisive fake news at a Malaysia Day function in Bintulu that DAP wanted to give control of the state and its wealth to the Chinese and disseminated the equally vile and divisive hate speech to create alarm, fear and hate among Malays and Muslims that the DAP was “the biggest leader” in the Pakatan Harapan government in Putrajaya to ensure “the wealth for Chinese only, not for all people; other people are left behind”!

Third, since the PAS-UMNO HPU and its Charter, there had been an upsurge of vile and divisive fake news and hate speech on the social media exploiting the 3Rs to depict a false picture of DAP as anti-Malay, anti-Islam and anti-Royalty.

Fourth, the PAS Deputy President, Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man yesterday ramped up the attack on DAP alleging that it was pursuing a “Christianisation agenda”, citing as example the speech by the Deputy Youth and Sports Minister and DAP MP for Bukit Mertajam, Steven Sim, at a “New Malaysia Narrative” forum on “Anak Malaysia? Our Story of Past, Present and Future Malaysia” at Mega Chinese Methodist Church in Kota Damansara.

I was shocked by Tuan Ibrahim’s allegation when I first read it in the media, but Steven Sim has since explained that he was speaking to Christians in a church and had discussed their responsibilities as Malaysians. Read the rest of this entry »

Is Hadi taking his revenge and falsely accuse DAP as anti-Malay and anti-Islam because DAP did not support his ambition to become Prime Minister-designate under Pakatan Rakyat in 2013?

Third proof that HPU National Co-operation Charter is Charter for Fake News and Hate Speech – upsurge of fake news and hate speech on social media exploiting 3Rs to depict a false picture of DAP as anti-Malay, anti-Islam and anti-Royalty within 48 hours of the Charter

The third proof that the so-called National Co-operation Charter signed by PAS and UMNO at the Himpunan Penyatuan Ummah (HPU) at the UMNO headquarters at PWTC on Saturday was actually a Charter for Fake New and Hate Speech was the upsurge of fake news and hate speech on the social media exploiting the 3Rs to depict a false picture of DAP as anti-Malay, anti-Islam and anti-Royalty within 48 hours of the signing of the Charter.

The first proof was the speech by the UMNO Vice President Datuk Ismail Sabri at the HPU on Saturday perpetrating the fake news that Jakim and the halal certification process had been transferred to the Finance Ministry, and the hate speech to create alarm, fear and hate among Muslims that non-Muslims are now responsible for the halal certification process.

Hadi has shown his true colours with his fake news and hate speech about DAP and Sarawak politics providing second proof within 48 hours that the National Co-operation Charter signed at PAS-UMNO Himpunan Penyatuan Ummah on Saturday was really a Charter for Fake News and Hate Speech

PAS-UMNO promoters of Himpunan Peyatuan Ummah should demand an unqualified apology from Ismail Sabri for his fake news and hate speech at HPU had contaminated the National Co-operation Charter into a Charter for Fake News and Hate Speech

DAP MP for Kepong, Lim Lip Eng, has given UMNO Vice President and former Najib Minister, Datuk Ismail Sabri 24 hours to retract and apologise for the latter’s fake news and hate speech that the halal certification process was transferred from Jakim to the Finance Ministry.

Should Ismail fail to do so within 24 hours, Lim intends to lodge reports with the police, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Islamic authorities over the matter.

Ismail Sabri made the statement during the Himpunan Penyatuan Ummah 2019 gathering in Kuala Lumpur on Friday.

Jakim had countered Ismail Sabri’s claims, saying in a statement by its Corporate Communications Unit: “Jakim denies this statement and confirms that up to now, Jakim and the Islamic religious authorities in the relative states are still responsible for halal certification.”

As Lip Eng rightly said, as a senior politician and former cabinet minister, Ismail Sabri must be held accountable. Read the rest of this entry »

Najib would have fully approved of the PAS-UMNO alliance of klepto-theocracy as his global kleptocracy has continued to make waves – paving the way to make PAS and UMNO “one family”

Barisan Nasional Adviser, Datuk Seri Najib Razak would have fully approved of the PAS-UMNO Alliance as his global kleptocracy is continuing to make waves – paving the way to make PAS and UMNO “one family”.

Imagine getting an Islamist party to virtually accept kleptocracy as a major plank of the alliance, which must be a “first” in the world – a founder of the Global Movement of Moderates moving on to be a founder of the Global Movement of Kleptocrats!

And even more “satisfying”, MCA and MIC are again playing ball and giving their blessing for the PAS-UMNO alliance of klepto-theocracy, despite the earlier MCA threat to “kick” UMNO out of Barisan Nasional if it “coddles up with PAS” to form an unholy pact with PAS.

A wag would have said that in celebrating the PAS-UMNO alliance of klepto-theocracy, PAS has become “kafir” which UMNO had accused it of, and UMNO become “deviant” as it had been denounced by PAS, with both endorsing the global kleptocrat as their leader, open or covert.
