Are we having a MACC scandal over the MARA corruption scandal over the transaction of Australian properties?

(Tatal ke bawah untuk kenyataan versi BM)

Is the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) aware of the identity of the “most powerful Malaysian political figure” referred to by Australian media Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and The Sun as implicated in the RM70 million MARA corruption scandal involving the transaction of Australian properties?

If so, why had no action been taken by the MACC against this “most powerful Malaysian political figure”; and if not, why the MACC had not sought information from its Australian counterpart in the Australian Federal Police investigating the case?

This has become the most pertinent question following the action by the Australian Federal Police seizing properties and cash worth Australian $1.6 million and the corruption prosecution of Australian property developer Dennis Teen last month over charges that he paid Malaysian government officials Australian $4.75 million in bribes to facilitate the purchase of a property development in Melbourne by MARA. Failure of Rukun Negara after 50 years – best proof is the present Cabinet which has the least number of Ministers who are Malaysian first and their ethnicity or religion second and the most number of Ministers who are first in their ethnicity or religion and Malaysian second

(Tatal ke bawah untuk kenyataan versi BM)

The best proof of the failure of Rukun Negara after 50 years is that the country has now a Cabinet which has the least number of Ministers who are Malaysian first and their ethnicity or religion second and the most number of Ministers who are first in their ethnicity or religion and Malaysian second.

Is the Cabinet prepared to hold a public event where every Cabinet Minister declares that he or she unconditionally and unequivocally accepts the five Rukun Negara Principles as the basis for the building of a Malaysian nation and that he or she is Malaysian first and their ethnicity or religious affiliation second?

Ten years ago, the Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said he was Malay first and Malaysian second. Has he developed with the times to become a Malaysian first and Malay second? Is he a Prime Minister for all Malaysians or Prime Minister for only one group of people? Read the rest of this entry »

Why the reluctance to come clean and tell all about Khairuddin and his entourage’s trip to Turkey and breaches of Covid-19 quarantine SOP?

(Tatal ke bawah untuk kenyataan versi BM)

The Health director-general Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah had declined to respond to an accusation that the ministry was to be blamed for the failure of cabinet minister Khairuddin Aman Razali to quarantine himself after returning from Turkey.

I support Noor Hisham as this is a political question which should not be answered by any civil servant, but a question to be answered by the political leaders, which is why I had specifically ask the Health Minister, Dr. Adham Baba, to explain whether the Health Ministry was guilty as charged by PAS and whether their silence constituted an admission of guilt.

In my media statement yesterday, I had referred to the accusation levelled by the PAS spiritual leader Hashim Jasin at the PAS Muktamar in Ipoh last weekend that Khairuddin should be considered a hero even though he broke Covid-19 quarantine rules as his trip to Turkey had brought benefits to the oil palm sector. Are Health Minister Dr. Adham Baba and Foreign Minister Hishamuddin Hussein pleading guilty to PAS charge that the Health Ministry and the Foreign Ministry were guilty for Khairuddin Razali’s breach of Covid 19 quarantine SOP?

Are the Health Minister Dr. Adham Baba and the Foreign Minister Hishamuddin Hussein pleading guilty to PAS charge that the Health Ministry and the Foreign Ministry were guilty for Plantation and Commodities Minister Mohd Khairuddin Aman Razali’s breach of Covid 19 quarantine SOP?

Otherwise, why the silence from them so far to the charge by the PAS spiritual leader, Hashim Jasin?

At the PAS Muktarmar last weekend, the PAS spiritual leader Hashim Jasin said Khairuddin should be considered a hero even though he broke Covid-19 quarantine rules as his trip to Turkey had brought benefits to the oil palm sector. Read the rest of this entry »

Never before in 63-year history of Malaysia have there been so many negative messages as well as events which run counter to the National Day theme of “Malaysia Prihatin” and the Rukun Negara principles

(Tatal ke bawah untuk kenyataan versi BM)

It was quite a disastrous start for this year’s triple national celebrations – National Day, Malaysia Day and Golden Jubilee of Rukun Negara.

Never before in 63-year history of Malaysia have there been so many negative messages as well as events which run counter to the joint National Day and Malaysia Day theme of “Malaysia Prihatin” and the 50th year commemoration of Rukun Negara principles.

The Yang di Pertuan Agong said Rukun Negara encapsulates Malaysia’s soul, spirit and national unity, but never before has the country been so depressed, disheartened and divided as one event after another demonstrates the uphill battle for the soul of Malaysia against the irreligious and immoral “Malu Apa” campaign – whether the Sheraton Move to usher in a “backdoor” government, the Slim River by-election or the nefarious plot in the durian belt of Pahang to deny justice to the durian farmers and to falsely target them as being opposed to the second Rukun Negara principle of “Loyalty to King and country”.
