I personally welcome Anwar’s preparedness to accept PAS as part of unity government subject to policy conditions

I had not wanted to say anything on the Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim’s Time magazine interview that he does not rule out PAS joining the unity government if policy conditions accepted, but a letter writer in Malaysiakini said this was not a new proposal as I had made it in May, remarking that I had “fallen into the realms of hypocrisy and desperation, sacrificing principles for surface-level stability”.

Call on Malaysians to make Malaysia one of the 20 best countries in the world

(Versi BM)

As I said at the launching of the Mas Gading Member of Parliament, Mordi Bimol’s Service Centre in Lundu this morning, the Malaysian national anthem, the Sarawak state anthem, and the DAP party anthem have one thing in common — they reflect the diversity and unity of a plural society where the different races, religions, and cultures co-operate and co-exist to create understanding, tolerance, and harmony.

Where will Malaysia be when it celebrates its first Centennial in 2057 in 34 years’ time?

(Versi BM)

At a time when Parliament is debating the Report of the Mid-Term Review of the 12th Malaysia Plan, it is appropriate for Malaysians to ask: “Where will Malaysia be when it celebrates its first Centennial in 2057 in 34 years’ time?

In 1991, when the 30-year Vision 2020 was launched to achieve a fully developed country by the year 2020, there were 19 “developed countries” out of more than 160 states.

Mahathir eating his own words by becoming unofficial adviser to the co-operation group of four PAS states

(Versi BM)

The announcement by the Terengganu Menteri Besar, Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar that the four states of Perlis, Kedah, Kelantan, and Terengganu are forming an official co-operation group, with Mahathir Mohamad as its unofficial adviser, reminds me of what Mahathir wrote in his book “Capturing Hope — The Struggle Continues for a New Malaysia” after the 22-month Pakatan Haparan Government, for which he became Prime Minister for the second time, was toppled by the infamous Sheraton Move political conspiracy in February 2020:

Royal Commission of Inquiry as to how the Rukun Negara objectives and principles have been achieved in the last 53 years

Malaysia cannot rise up again to become a great world-class nation unless there is unity and common purpose among the diverse races, religions, and cultures in the country

In the first twenty years of my political life, I was accused of being anti-Chinese educated and anti-Indian to prevent the DAP from getting support from the non-Malays in the urban areas. The irresponsible purveyors of these lies and falsehoods failed.

Objective of voters of Pulai and Simpang Jeram is to ensure that Johor joins the club of Malaysian states before the next general election in 2027 with higher GDP per capita than the Malaysian average instead of joining Kelantan whose GDP per capita has dropped to less than one third of Malaysian average

The objective of voters of Pulai and Simpang Jeram in the two by-elections on Sept. 9 is to ensure that Johor joins the club of Malaysian states before the next general election in 2027 with higher GDP per capita than the Malaysian average instead of joining Kelantan whose GDP per capita has dropped to less than one third of Malaysian average after over three decades of PAS Government.

Pulai and Simpang Jeram by-elections are in the frontline to save Malaysia by ending the irresponsible attempts of political forces to create polarisation among the diverse races and religions in plural Malaysia and to prevent Malaysia from rising up again to become a great world-class nation

Last August, I commented that the 65th National Day was diametrically different from the National Day in the previous two years of 2020 and 2021 — as there was hope and anticipation in 2022 instead of black despair and a sense of hopelessness in 2020 and 2021.

Hadi developed an animus toward me, making wild and preposterous allegations against me, including the lie that I am promoting Islamophobia, because I never proposed him to be Prime Minister of Malaysia

I fully endorse the statement by the DAP Secretary-General Anthony Loke that DAP had never told PAS to abandon Islam during the years when the two parties worked together, whether during Barisan Alternatif from 1999 to 2001 and in Pakatan Rakyat from 2008 to 2015.

Was Mahathir a DAP Gurkha in the 22 months he was Prime Minister of the Pakatan Harapan Government from May 2018–Feb 2020?

(Versi BM)

The PAS President Hadi Awang continues in a binge of new allegations against others, to the extent that the question must be asked whether Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad was a DAP Gurkha in the 22 months he was Prime Minister of the Pakatan Harapan government from May 2018–February 2020 and had to be toppled by the Sheraton Move political conspiracy.
