Will Hadi follow Razman’s example and apologise for his baseless and preposterous allegation that DAP promoting Islamophobia or will he have to be dragged to court like Razman before doing so?

It is eleven weeks that PAS President, Hadi Awang has not been able to produce an iota of evidence to substantiate his wild and preposterous allegations that DAP is anti-Malay, anti-Islam, communist, and promoting Islamopobia, and yet Hadi will not apologise for his allegations and retract them.
Call for a Royal Commission of Inquiry into Corruption as to why Malaysia became a kleptocracy, losing out to more and more countries in TI CPI since 1995, and how Malaysia can become one of the top countries in the world in public integrity and on the anti-corruption front

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) was unusually quiet in the new year of 2023, saying not a word even about the most dismal Transparency International (TI) Corruption Perception Index (CPI) 2022 released worldwide on January 31, 2023.
Last year, after the release of the TI CPI 2021 which saw a 5-point drop in score from 53 to 48 marks and 11-point drop in rank in two years, the MACC issued a statement that the MACC would review the findings of the annual CPI and propose recommendations, and called on the people’s “continued co-operation to help us curb corruption”.
Anwar’s admission that Malaysia is losing out to Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam is a good sign that Malaysia is coming out of the denial syndrome that the country has straggled behind other countries after six decades of nation-building and that there must a reset and return to the original nation-building principles of the nation’s founding fathers for Malaysia to be a first-rate world-class nation

The 10th Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim’s admission that Malaysia is losing out to Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam is a good sign that Malaysia is coming out of the denial syndrome that the country has straggled behind other countries after six decades of nation-building and that there must a reset and return to the original nation-building principles of the nation’s founding fathers for Malaysia to be a first-rate world-class nation.
I have sounded like a broken record in my reiteration that after six decades of nation-building, Malaysia has fallen from the status of a first-rate world-class nation to become a second-rate mediocre country, and unless the country reset and return to the original nation-building principles entrenched in the Constitution and the Rukun Negara by the nation’s founding fathers, the present trajectory will end up with Malaysia as a divided, failed, and kleptocratic state in the next few decades.

Support parliamentary reform to penalise MPs who make racist or religious allegations including punishing MPs who make allegation that someone is promoting Islamophobia but could not substantiate the allegation

I support the proposal by the Speaker of Parliament, Johari Abdul, that MPs uttering remarks that are racist, sexist or insulting are liable to an RM1,000 fine and may even be suspended.
The parliamentary reform should also specify that MPs who make racist or religious allegations, for instance, that someone is promoting Islamophobia, should be punished if they cannot substantiate the allegation.
Indonesia is one step ahead of Malaysia in giving a new meaning to “Unity in Diversity” with people celebrating the great ethnic, religious, and cultural festivals of the world to bring about civilizational understanding and harmony in the world

Malaysian youths and school children must be encouraged to dream the Malaysian Dream — to be a first-rate world-class nation to contribute to global progress or to be a divided, failed, and kleptocratic state

Malaysian youths, those between 18 to 21 years old, and even younger ones, the school children, should be encouraged to dream the Malaysian Dream — to be a first-rate world-class nation to contribute to global progress or to be a divided, failed or kleptocratic state.
This is what struck me when I read the media reports that academician Mohammad Agus Yusoff had been appointed the director-general of the Community Communications Department (Jkom) under the Prime Minister’s Department to propel the Malaysia Madani concept with three thrusts to cultivate knowledge, create a society with digital skills and strengthen the people’s patriotic spirit; the digital dream of the Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil to create a new golden digital decade of the country; and the Nationl Unity Week programmes being formulated by the National Unity Minister Aaron Ago Dagang based on the theme of “Unity in Diversity” in multi-racial, multi-lingual, multi-religious and multi-cultural Malaysia.
TI CPI 2022 is best evidence that after six decades, Malaysia has regressed to become a second-rate mediocre country in danger of being lumped together with other failed states in the world in the next few decades

Transparency International (IT) Corruption Perception Index (CPI) 2022 is the best evidence that after six decades, Malaysia has regressed to become a second-rate mediocre country in danger of being lumped together with other failed states in the world in the next few decades.
TI Malaysia President Muhammad Mohan said Malaysia is back to square one in the annual TI CPI and that urgent action is needed to improve the nation’s CPI score in the following years.

I agree with former Prime Minister Musa Hitam that time is not on the side of the Anwar unity government, which is why the seven-week Parliament in a fortnight’s time must be a most memorable one in Malaysian history to start institutional reforms.
In his talk on “Resetting the Malaysian economy” in Parliament on Friday night, Musa said the time for the Anwar unity government to talk about the various issues faced by the country has passed, and it is now time to take proactive action to solve them.

The response by Selangor PAS begs the question whether its President, Hadi Awang, respects all cultures, faiths, and traditions of other races and supports the study of all civilisations and not just Islamic civilisation in schools

With the establishment of the “unity government” under Anwar Ibrahim as the 10th Prime Minister, Malaysians celebrated the Chinese New Year of the Rabbit with hope that Malaysia can be better tomorrow — more just, more equal and more prosperous, and less corrupt, less violation of human rights, and less scandalous.

Support for Anwar’s condemnation of Swedish-Danish far-right politician Rasmus Paludan for burning a copy of holy Quran in Stockholm

I fully support the condemnation of the Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim, of the Swedish-Danish far-right politician Rasmus Paludan for burning a copy of the holy Quran in Stockholm on Sunday.
It is not only a blatant defilement of Islam’s holy book, but an unacceptable hate speech which cannot find any justification as “freedom of speech” in any civilized society, just as there can be no justification for any act of arson.
