Lim Guan Eng have more than two third Penang folks supporting him….right now and UMNO B worms must make life difficult for LGE or else not worth being recognized as a true UMNO B corrupted member….to protect each other.
Najib is powerless…and UMNO B ministers and high ranking crooks are split.
Some have their guilty conscience pricking them day and night.
Lim Guan Eng need to be steady and calm and go about his business to help Penang folks without wasting too much time with UMNO B idiots.
He said the Federal Government is making his job difficult…but he only need to keep exposing them.
After all…it boils down to Penang voters for the final say…not Nik or any UMNO B toads…especially from DPM with his stupid brain and mouth.

    Let them do it!
    It’ll backfire!!!
If they’re really that good, they would have taken back Kelantan many decades back.
    Look at Selangor case!
    With Macc’s help, it backfired!!!
As long as Penang folks were to stick together, there’s no way these bunch of evildoers can succeed.

Guan eng is doing fine. Keep it up. And yes. Deal with all umno’s attempt to sabotage harshly.

  6. #6 by yhsiew on Saturday, 24 July 2010 - 11:39 am

UMNO has nothing to gain by sabotaging Penang. Their action will only deter foreign investors coming to Penang – the second richest state in the country. The consequence is a drop in revenue collection by the federal government and a deepening federal deficit crisis. Come 13th GE the rakyat will reject UMNO/BN because of its poor economic performance.

Moreover, Sabotaging Penang does not guarantee the people of Penang will change their minds and vote for UMNO/BN in the next GE (as is the case of Kelantan).

WTF!. Hope cintanegara didnt see this remark by me. He would surely hate me for being double headed. Anyway wtf. Yeah. WTF man.

This thought struck me suddenly. Its about the not too distant huha concerning Fat Mama Ros. She wanted to be identified as First Lady. Remember that? In short, that would make Fat Mama, Jib and kids the First Family in the country. Yea?

But jib said rakyat diutamakan. Didnt he?

One more thing. Another issue actually. Perkasa should send someone to france and australia to protest. Those people there are challenging umnoputras’ ketuanan. How dare they do such a thing!

Nik ali ben yunus apparently believes that the “S” in “SDO” means “sultan”. So he as sultan of penang is doing the right thing in denigrating the CM

UMNO..is a goner. 2013 is round the corner. During Mahathir’s time he tried all soughts of tricks to retake Kelantan, and the internet was not widespread then. With all the MSM at his disposal he focused an all out attack on Kelantan despite PAS’s only ONE SEAT majority. What was the outcome?

They not only failed to knock Kelantan…they eventually lost Selangor, Perak, Kelantan, Kedah, KL and Penang. Tha’s almost half the country. Which means half the teachers, civil servants, lay people, even our notorious judges and police could be on the other side of the fence.

I say let them focus on Penang and even Selangor. PR must now focus on Johore, NS, Pahang, Perlis, Sabah and Sarawak.

NS, Pahang and Perlis are on very dicey grounds. They all can fall quite easily in 2013.

I think it is the other way round. The pressure is not on LGE. The pressure is on Najib, Rotten Mah and DUMNO. The BN is staring at the phrase THE END”. It is going to end for them.

  10. #10 by loveandgratitude on Saturday, 24 July 2010 - 2:20 pm

Half a term have gone and the PR Penang State Govt and done a Sterling Performance despite being handicap by so many obstacles impose by the shameful UMNO/BN and now by their hirelings within the Penang State Govt.

LGE and his formidable team achieve much for the Penangites. Most Penangites admit that PR is doing better and show better results than all these years under Gerakan-led BN. There is still MUCH that can be done and Penangites MUST back LGE all the way.

LGE should continuously & regularly bring out into the Public attention all these dirty tactics of UMNO to sabotage the legitimately govt of the day.

Utimately it is the Rakyat who will be affected when good money are wasted eg.Botanical Gardens’ arches.

OMG! Dat joker who brokered the deal for an aussie co to print dirty malaysian money is blacklisted by US government for terrorist activities.

Now we are in the black book of mongolia, france, australia and us.

Black by their standard, dat is. By umno’s understanding, its all part and parcel of ketuanan – an unquestionable right umnoputras have. Perkasa is keeping quiet on this. Why? Dats not good. Do something. Say something. Its you people right to receive kickbacks. Its in the constitution for god’s sake!

  12. #12 by Captain on Saturday, 24 July 2010 - 2:24 pm

There 2 things to learn from here. First, BN is giving reason for people to unite behind Pakatan. Second, BN is giving ideas, if Pakatan goes to Putrajaya and BN hold some states, reverse position, what pakatan can do to sabotage and take the state over thru back door. the Sultans will then support Pakatan because they will continue to need more money from National coffers to finance their lavish lifestyle. Najib has no worry lah. He is already King in waiting in his original homeland, Sulawesi.

How bohong sombong can they get? Singapore is now sending their top scholars to Thinghua and Peking Universities and they are still sending scholars to good for nothing universities in Egypt, Jordon, and Indonesia. Singapore and China has just signed a three-year $30 billion currency swap deal. Obviously nincompoops do not know where the growth and power centre is going to be. How can they be so dogmatic is simply beyond me. They are scorching this country; willing to cut the nose just to spite their already ugly face.

This country is actually on the verge of greatness if not for nincompoops scr*wing big time at almost every damn thing in their path. Lousy infrastructure, exorbitant tolls, poor public transportation, highly distorted economy, filthy rivers, clogged drains, dirty housing estates, congestion everywhere, intermittent floods, unkept parks, uncollected garbage, broken pipes, tilting arches, collapsed stadium, incomplete hospitals, tiles falling off building (yes, go mini Putrajaya in KK), pathetic schools, half baked doctors, contagious diseases, unhygienic eateries, thefts, break-in and robberies everywhere, ah longing, polluted air, and smelly drinking water, just to name a few. These are the contribution of our farting nincompoops.

People’s Power all over Malaysia do not make deals with the devils.
Those that are attracted by deals and bribes are actually the devils followers …the lost souls with no dignities.
When you want to be inspired for dignity and principles in life…..you can depend on Penang voters to show the examples.
Naturally there are sickening low class humans everywhere…..and the likes of Koh Tsu Khoon with his idiotic personality in Penang…no more.
The shameless low class selfish worm that stuck to UMNO B like a leech can keep on dreaming all the works of his UMNO B masters will pave the way for his return to capture Penang.
Yes..People’s Power need to be more serious than 12th GE..as after that…so much have been exposed to all Malaysians that unity is totally not possible under UMNO B.
We voted their puppets out at 12th GE.
Najib and UMNO B must be voted out to completely cage all for true democracy and equal rights.
It is UMNO B that want to divide and rule.
Malaysians that are hungry for true freedom and principles in life more than money must now prove themselves…to say what they mean and mean what they say..to their families and to Allah.
Penang is a forgone case to UMNO B…as vast majority UMNO B ordinary members with voting powers have turned to love and respect Lim Guan Eng.
Like I said…Penang will be mainland miracle worker..while Sarawak will be doing that in East Malaysia.
Do not be surprised…….all UMNO B worms can migrate to Johore or overseas…after 13th GE.
The brave ones will stay put and support democracy as oppositions and watch dogs over new government.
For that I think their job is very easy…a nothing to watch..for nothing will be stolen from Malaysians.
If at all no better than UMNO B..People’s Power will decide to vote Independents..no more UMNO B with hot lips making deals again.
Lim Guan Eng will be serving Penang much longer than 18 years and it will be “The Pearl of the Orient” once again soon…….provided those UMNO B toads will not keep finding ways and means to obstruct improvements for all in Penang.
What those UMNO B worms are doing and supported by DPM…is a slap at Najib’s face “1Malaysia” indirectly.
Believe it….God does work in mysterious ways to free humans from the devils.
The devil reincarnated Mahathir is established and Najib is his adopted son.
All others are nobodies…..just worms that want to suck blood to grow fat.
And since these are humans…they do not suck blood..they suck up all our money to make suckers of all Malaysians.
Lim Guan Eng should relax and not worry at all.
Penang People’s Power will protect him with their lives.

Frankly speaking what’s Umno/Bn doing in Penang is most distasteful to all malayians. I think it’s most disgraceful for BN to use civil servants as a cannon to deal with the oppoistion state government. BN if they have any diginity, should never used innocent civil servants to do the political job for them.Everybody knows, government comes and goes but the civil service always reminds. Hence the regime in power should not jeopardise the link between the civil service and any new in-coming government. We are a democratic country and to keeping it this way, political party especially the party in power should not get the civil service into politic.

No point of siding with a bunch of sore losers, as the end is near for them.
Just discard that “pondan” ktk and let him continues his legacy as an Umno enunch.
Let him carry all the balls he can, till the day he collapse.
He’s a disgrace to Penang’s people, especially the chinese.

YB LGE should continue to fight relentlessly against all the evils caused by the hopeless, racist, incompetent, corrupted, religious bigot regime led by the most dishonest, liars infested Dumno party. The people are behind you because they can see and discern the real culprits who have done tremendous damage to this country for the past 53 years. They are the selfish scumbags who cheat, steal and plunder the wealth of the nation until today it is still a 3rd world state plagued by countless social, economic and political problems.

Now UMNO B toads are saying they are out to save Selangor.
Go read all the speeches to a crowd of 200.
All the speakers are insulting PR parliamentarians and even accused Malaysiakini carrying Anwar’s balls.
That’s how they are SAVING Selangor….and I wonder for whom?
    For Malaysians or for themselves.
I guess toads are also saving Penang too.
UMNO B is conducting the lowest form of ‘People First. Performance Now” hypocrisy you can ever witness and observe.
It is like experiencing a double headed snake accusing ..twisting out of nothing to conduct a quarrel with PR won States….yet they do not dare to touch Kelantan for more than 22 years.
I guess they think DAP and keDAILan are easy for them to bully and PAS ..no no no…as that will offend Muslim voters.
Such is the UMNO B being exposed as …Malay first….and “1 Malaysia” second.
For that you can say…DPM was truthful…to claim he is a racist.

  23. #23 by monsterball on Sunday, 25 July 2010 - 12:44 am

I will not be surprised that the crowd of 200 are paid to be there..to perform a show.
Even not paid..having 200 racists amongst millions in Selangor attending indicated Malaysians are sick of those corrupted snakes and hypocrites.
Malaysiakini report the truths…..labeled as Anwar’s balls carrier.
Daily newspapers telling half truths are excellent and no balls carrying at all.
How sick can UMNO B be?

  28. #28 by Bigjoe on Sunday, 25 July 2010 - 7:27 am

Its not only Penang they are intensifying their attacks, its clear Selangor is also under attack. This whole sand minEng thing is being turned to EVERYTHING about Khalid Ibrahim and PR. Its not that big a deal.

Sand mining is a business of gangster, crooks and shylocks. Its always been that way. Those who understand it knows how hard it is to control it and how operators have to deal with. It was really stupid of Khalid to promise to clean up the business in the first place. But having promised it, he has improved the situation. In my books not great but not bad.

UMNO is attacking it like its a referendum on PR. Sure, Khalid deserved a kick in the butt for his mistake but look at the overall picture of everything he has done and its not fair on him nor on PR.

The only people that seem to be defending Khalid well in public is Tony Pua on selected issues. Its just not good enough. There is no concerted effort to defend PR Selangor and Khalid because of internal politics of PR. National PR leaders have to be careful that the internal politics of PR does not end up sinking the PR Selangor ship.

UMNO Selangor is in a dizzy with the slight prospect of hitting PR Selangor hard with this issue. They are already fighting among themselves over the prospect of being MB. If PR hit them back and win MORE seats, all of them will start feeding on each other being the political cannibals that they are.

The most important thing is for PR not to avoid being cannibals too.

  29. #29 by Jeffrey on Sunday, 25 July 2010 - 8:20 am

Civil servants, appointed by the King per article 132 of Constitution, are, by their code, supposed to be politically neutral – that’s the theory – but since when has there been no wide gap yawning between theory and practice in every other institution of the State?

The reality is that civil servants think that being loyal to the government, as they are supposed to do, means being loyal to Barisan Nasional (BN) (principally UMNO) since the government is formed by BN.

Isn’t this kind of thinking precisely what the BTN courses supposed to inculcate in them??? This has been happening since long ago, it presented no friction as BN controlled most states with exception of Kelantan.

The Civil Service of which 90% comprises one race share an amalgam of values regarding, for example, the NEP that they help, for decades, formulate and implement. Indeed with over 1.2 million civil servants forming over 4% of population, our bloated civil service is an extension of the NEP itself, providing jobs for the target segment that affirmative policies are supposed to help.

Post last GE, the situtation is different with a resurgent Opposition winning Penang, Selangor etc

The Opposition that ostensibly challenges the ruling coalition’s communal politics and the race specific NEP is immediately perceived a threat to the feudal patronage and race orientated values that many civil servants are steeped in! Of course they would not cooperate, much less respect, as they should, when an Opposition CM criticised their way of doing things based on such traditional value system which they are used to. They also know that those who pay their ‘gaji’ will back them if LGE took them on.

What happened (a civil servant attending UMNO Press Conference to criticize Opposition CM in Penang) is, in this context, entirely not surprising!

It happens not only at the level of civil servants not submitting to Opposition government’s policies. At another level, they – or at least some of the top guys – are not necessarily even obedient to Ministers even the PM of ruling coalition when directives from the top encroach on certain turfs deemed by these set of values to be their exclusive preserves.

The term “Little Napoleon” is not LGE’s original. Its a former PM’s contribution to our political lexicon to describe civil servants who didn’t even listen to him in certain directives! Here the civil servants would draw their own lines and distinctions between whats an ‘executive’ directive pertaining directly to his ministerial portfolios that had to be followed from that of other ‘political’ directivewhich is directory but not mandatory to implement!

In a sense, our government too is prisoner of its own policies, and the attitudes, values and work ethos that these policies have inculcated in its own employees that it now finds difficult to change/reverse even if it wants to and hence has to defend.

  30. #30 by Jeffrey on Sunday, 25 July 2010 - 8:32 am

Hence even in respect of even present PM Najib’s ‘1 Malaysia’ thats not an executive directive but a mere political directive to be treated with lip service. Thats because it goes against the very grain of values – of entitlement – they have been brought up to believe, and therefore by action, whether deliberative or reflex, reject. Many of them with vested interest in the present system that enriches them would naturally view the Opposition, its agenda and standard bearer like the Penang CM a threat and nemesis.

Preaching Civil Service Neutrality (as the Code prescribed) honoured in breach than adherence in the many decades of the past is French to them.

  31. #31 by Winston on Sunday, 25 July 2010 - 9:45 am

At the end of the day, we must transform our comments into action by booting BN out in the next GE!

He said Lim Guan Eng is ignorant and lack administrative knowledge.
Granted Federal Govt have the overall say in everything…..butNik Ali out to insult an elected CM from DAP in Penang is playing politics and doing that not for the people of Penang.
This UMNO B running dog… Chua Soi Lek have sold his dignity and soul to defend his personal interests.
Worst of all…he is showing Malaysian Chinese how to carry balls to live in Malaysia.
MCA is a true disgrace to the Malaysian Chinese community…like before and on going.

WHY IS CSL wading into THIS??? Traditionally when UMNO makes a crap, MCA usually just give excuses for them but distant themselves. This is the first time I can recall when MCA chief is actually attacking the opposition for what is largely an UMNO stink. Why is CSL getting stink on himself for UMNO with this when he has so much of his own crap to deal with already? He does not stink enough??

It reeks of desperation. it reeks of just losing their perspective of what to do. It reeks of being out of control!!!

  39. #39 by monsterball on Monday, 26 July 2010 - 2:21 am

He knows MCA is finished and he needs to be in the good book of Najib for help to get few MCA candidates to win with UMNO B voters.
He knows Malaysian Chinese are sick of MCA.
If you note..Najib and Chua Soi Lek do not talk to each other and you can bet..very soon…this good for nothing MCA President will try to be best friend to Najib…like sickening corrupted Liong Sek to Mahathir.
He got TAR college to so call please Chinese.
I guess sex maniac may get something big before 13th GE..to so call benefit Malaysian Chinese.
It is a never ending full of s..it dirty politics…..for personal benefits.

After 12th GE….there is actually no more MCA.
It is Najib defying and disrespecting voters by bring few back as Senators and Ministers.
That is his interpretation of “People First. Performance Now”
When have any Malaysians seen a bigger liar than Najib?

  41. #41 by cemerlang on Monday, 26 July 2010 - 10:56 am

A sabotage will not benefit anyone, not even the sabotager. Because Malaysia will become like one of the conflict ridden, corrupted, poor African countries with no future. Just a vicious cycle of fighting, revenge, war, hate, Godless.

  42. #42 by monsterball on Monday, 26 July 2010 - 12:10 pm

But UMNO B are poor loosers and afraid to be caught stealing billions..through corruptions..be in court cases.found guilty and jailed for a long long time.
They will need to create havoc to upset all Malaysians.
The point is Najib dare not do that to the extreme as he has no absolute power….plus the fact.he is a great liar and unreliable person…which is good for our country till 13th GE.
