UMNO and all present and former BN parties (including UMNO, MCA and MIC) should return RM470 million to public coffers as they had been misappropriated from 1MDB

I was earlier asked at the 47th ABIM annual congress at Universiti Islam Malaysia in Nilai about the comment of the former MCA President, Datuk Dr. Chua Soi Lek about the linkage between the MCA and the world-infamous MDB scandal, which caused Malaysians whether inside or the country to hold their heads in shame for the past few years when thinking of the infamy and ignominy of Malaysia being regarded as a global kleptocracy.

I have since seen news report that listed the RM470 million from former Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s personal banking accounts and which were traceable to 1MDB, which had been diverted to Barisan Nasional parties for the 13th general election, including the following. Hadi will be a disgrace to political Islam if he cannot substantiate his allegation that DAP discriminates against the East Coast by opposing equal development for Terengganu and Kelantan

I am astonished by the allegation by the PAS President Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang that DAP is guilty of “sikap diskriminasi…yang tidak menyokong hasrat kerajaan untuk membawa pembagunan saksama kepada lima negeriu termasuk Terengganu dan Kelantan”.

In a Berita Harian online report which appeared at 4.07 pm yesterday, under the heading “PAS dakwa DAP diskriminasi pembangunan Pantai Timur”, Hadi was quoted as saying that “diskriminasi DAP terhadap hasrat Kerajaan Persekutuan untuk memajukan negeri Pantai Timur begitu ketara”.

The Berita Harian report said:

Read the rest of this entry »

When will Wee Ka Siong redeem MCA’s honour, dignity and self-respect by taking a firm stand in Parliament to denounce Najib and the 1MDB scandal and pledge full support to Pakatan Harapan government to transform Malaysia from a global kleptocracy to a model democracy?

MCA is having national party elections early next month.

But when is the sole MCA MP in the Dewan Rakyat, Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong, who is aspiring to be the new MCA President, going to redeem MCA’s honour, dignity and self-respect by taking a firm stand in Parliament to denounce former Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak for the international 1MDB corruption and money-laundering scandal and pledge full support to the Pakatan Harapan government to transform Malaysia from a global kleptocracy to a model democracy?

The most outstanding aspect of the last five months of post-14th General Election, whether in Parliament or outside,is the conspiracy of silence involving all UMNO/
Barisan Nasional leaders, especially those who had been Ministers in Najib’s Cabinet like Wee Ka Siong, on the greatest and worst corruption scandal in the country’s history – the monstrous international 1MDB corruption and money-laundering scandal which had given Malaysia the infamy, ignominy and iniquity of a global kleptocracy.

Wee Ka Siong had never spoken about the 1MDB issue, nor had any other UMNO/BN leaders, whether in Parliament or outside, although it is the single biggest global issue confronting Malaysia.

Can Wee explain how many statements he had issued since he had lost his Cabinet position because of the toppling of the Barisan Nasional government in the 14th General Election on May 9, 2018, and whether there was a single statement on the greatest national shame in historty – the international 1MDB corruption and money-laundering scandal? Why is Wee Ka Siong admitting he is part of the Najib propagandist and cybertrooper outfit to paint the Pakatan Harapan Ministers in the worst possible light?

I wonder why the MCA Deputy President, Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong is so impatient as to admit that he is part of the Najib Razak propaganda and cybertrooper outfit to paint Pakatan Harapan Ministers in the worst possible light to bring about the downfall of the Pakatan Harapan Federal Government before the 15th General Election in 2023?

Two days ago on Tuesday, 16th October 2018, I issued a statement advising the Education Minister, Maszlee Malik to stop talking about socks and shoes so as not to fall into the trap of former Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak and UMNO propagandists and cybertroopers to project the image that he is a very mediocre Minister who has very limited vision and objectives in the transformation of education in the country and instead prove that he is a better Education Minister than Najib himself.

The first to respond to my statement was not Najib or any of his UMNO propagandists, but Wee Ka Siong, when I had not even thought of him or referred to the MCA!

What could make Wee “confessing without being beaten”? Clearly, he is suffering from a “guilty conscience” of being part of Najib propagandist and cybertrooper outfit although it is over five months since the 14th General Election where UMNO/BN was toppled from Putrajaya. All political parties, individuals and organisations complicit in the 1MDB scandal, like all the BN parties, PAS, Parliament Speaker and media, must repent and redeem themselves for, directly or indirectly, aided and abetted Najib Razak in the monstrous 1MDB scandal

The failure of the UMNO General Assembly on Sunday to adopt a resolution to condemn and sack Datuk Seri Najib Razak from UMNO for the international 1MDB corruption and money-laundering scandal is proof that UMNO and UMNO leaders continue to be complicit in the monstrous 1MDB scandal.

The 1MDB scandal will continue to be an albatross round the neck of UMNO and UMNO leaders.

Malaysians must thank Wanita Umno delegate from Batu Pahat, Masurana Samian, who wore a “MACC lock-up” orange-coloured T-shirt to the UMNO General Assembly on Sunday, as henceforth, UMNO and UMNO leaders are literally garbed in the orange-coloured MACC uniform!

But it is not only UMNO and UMNO leaders who must repent and make amends, all political parties, individuals and organisations complicit in the 1MDB scandal, like all the Barisan Nasional parties including MCA, Gerakan, MIC, the Sabah and Sarawak BN parties, as well as PAS, the Parliament Speaker and the printed and electronic media, who had been complicit in the 1MDB scandal, must repent and redeem themselves for directly or indirectly aiding and abetting Najib Razak in the monstrous 1MDB scandal. Hallelujah! MCA wants to expel UMNO from BN!

Malaysians must be shouting “Hallelujah! MCA wants to expel UMNO from Barisan Nasional!”

This would be the reaction of Malaysians to the warning by the MCA President Datui Seri Liow Tiong Lai at the Selangor MCA Convention yesterday that MCA could kick UMNO out of BN if it coddles up with PAS leaders to form an UMNO-PAS unholy pact in post-14th General Election.

Except that Liow, suffering from the lowest credibility of any MCA President in MCA’s 69-year history, has further destroyed his tinsel-thin credibility as he had sanctioned a MCA-PAS unholy co-operation in the recent Balakong by-election to ensure that the MCA candidate could save his deposit!

Singapore’s return to Malaysia of RM46 million stolen from 1MDB powerful reminder that unless MCA and UMNO leaders apologise and repent for aiding and abetting Najib in 1MDB corruption scandal, there is no future for MCA and UMNO

Singapore’s return to Malaysia of RM46 million unlawfully misappropriated from 1MDB and its former subsidiaries should be powerful reminder that the 1MDB global kleptocracy is not going to go away and unless MCA and UMNO leaders apologise and repent for aiding and abetting former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak in the 1MDB corruption scandal, there is no future for MCA and UMNO.

Efforts to recover other unlawfully misappropriated assets in the 1MDB scandal are ongoing not only in Singapore, but in many countries, including the United States and Switzerland and will continue to periodically catch international headlines and remind Malaysians of the criminality and moral turpitude of the 1MDB global kleptocracy. One option MCA should consider is to close shop if the best it can do in the Balakong by-election is to keep its deposit (or secure 12.5% of total votes cast) even with PAS help

I am really surprised by the low standards and expectations of MCA leaders on the eve of the 60th MCA anniversary in their reaction to the Balakong by-election result.

For instance, the MCA Deputy President, the sole MCA parliamentary survivor in the 14th General Election and MCA master campaigner in the Balakong by-election, Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong claimed success for the MCA outing, saying that MCA had gained a higher percentage of support compared to the May election.

Wee said MCA earned a higher percentage of support of almost 15 per cent compared to 10.7 per cent in GE14.

This is really pathetic. Read the rest of this entry »

Call on MCA by-election candidate Tan Chee Teong to make a last-minute withdrawal from the Balakong by-election as a protest against the shame, indignity and irresponsibility of the MCA/UMNO/PAS unholy alliance

The former MCA Negri Sembilan leader Lim Ching Fui was the only voice so far to protest against the MCA/UMNO/PAS unholy alliance, which has been forged in the Balakong by-election with PAS leaders speaking at MCA ceramahs for the first time in the 69-year MCA history.

Lim Ching Fui said he could not understand why MCA would accept PAS’ assistance to campaign in the Balakong by-election, warning that this will culminate in the party losing the one thing which it is left with – dignity.

It is debatable whether MCA has still got any dignity left, having been reduced to a 7/11 party in the 2013 General Election with seven MPs and eleven State Assemblymen, and further reduced to ½ party in the 2018 general election, with one MP and two State Assemblymen.

There was a time when the MCA had four Ministers, 31 MPs and 76 State Assembly seats.

Why Is MCA helping UMNO to muddy the waters to perpetuate the misperception that the Pakatan Harapan Malaysian Government is anti-China?

The visit to China by the Malaysian delegation led by the Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad is a successful one, as the primary objective is to demonstrate and to assure the Chinese Government that the Malaysian Government of Pakatan Harapan is not anti-China although it may be necessary to review the unjust contracts entered into by the Najib government involving Chinese companies with the agenda to deceive 30 million Malaysians about the monstrosity and moral turpitude of the 1MDB corruption and money-laundering scandal.

All patriotic Malaysians, regardless of race, religion or politics, are entitled to ask why in the past 24 hours, MCA leaders are helping UMNO to muddy the waters to perpetuate the misperception that the Pakatan Harapan Malaysian Government is anti-China, after helping Najib to aid and abet the cover-up of the 1MDB scandal as well as to enter into the unequal contracts which are now under review by the authorities of the two countries.

Would former MCA and UMNO Ministers in Najib’s Cabinet dare to claim that they are not responsible for Najib’s cover-up of the 1MDB scandal and failure to defend Malaysia’s honour to counter the worldwide infamy of a global kleptocracy?

When I campaigned for Wong Siew Ki, the DAP/Pakatan Harapan candidate for Balakong by-election in Selangor, in Balakong new village and Cheras Batu 11 yesterday, I said among other things that MCA did not qualify for the task of providing a check and balance against Pakatan Harapan as it has no credibility, unless it is prepared to reform and start over by admitting and apologisung for aiding and abetting former Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak for the monstrous crime of corruption, like the 1MDB scandal, and condemn Najib over the scandal.

The MCA leadership has replied to my comment but it remained studiously and thunderingly silent about the global scandal of 1MDB.

Why is this so?

Dare the three MCA Ministers and the UMNO/MIC/Gerakan Ministers claim that they are not responsible for Najib’s cover-up of the 1MDB scandal and failure to defend Malaysia’s honour to counter the worldwide infamy of a global kleptocracy? Read the rest of this entry »

MCA and MIC should close shop and MCA should not contest in Balakong by-election if their leadership dare not even say whether they want the UMNO candidate Lokman Aman to win or lose in the Sungaki Kandis by-election

In the past five days, I had asked the MCA and MIC national leaderhips three times whether they want the UMNO candidate in Sungai Kandis by-election to win or lose on Saturday.

Now that PAS has officially urged support for Lokman, which a commentator had described as “the new normal for Malaysian politics” in post-14GE Malaysia, I am going to ask the MCA and MIC national leadership for the fourth and final time in six days whether they want Lokman to win or lose in the Sungai Kandis by-election on Saturday.

MCA and MIC should close shop and MCA should not contest in the Balakong by-election if their leadership dare not even say whether they want the UMNO candidate Lokman Aman to win or lose in the Sungai Kandis by-election on Saturday.

Liow Tiong Lai should cite one stance where MCA has changed Since his “Citizen” National Day video, whether MCA had ever Protested against the 1MDB scandal in government?

MCA President Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said that I am a “lost man” without any direction as my strategy had backfired.

I congratulate Liow for his political acumen for being able to read my political strategy, and if his analysis is true that I am a “lost man”, he should be the happiest man in Malaysian politics instead of leading a most unprecedented MCA “Anti-Siege/Elimination Total Offensive” Rally in Yong Peng yesterday fighting a last battle of survival.

Liow alleges that the DAP wants to kill off MCA. He is grossly mistaken MCA will kill off itself, by betraying the very objectives and principles for which MCA was founded.

This was why MCA was reduced from golden age in the past to a 7/11 party in the last general elections, winning only seven parliamentary and eleven state assembly seats.

I would advise Liow to revisit his “Citizens” National Day Video last year and act as a brave citizen of Malaysia and not as a cringing MP and Minister solely dependent on UMNO’s Malay votes. Read the rest of this entry »

A DIY tip to MCA leadership to prevent MCA’s “elimination” – speak up on 1MDB scandal and demand that all ill-gotten gains including RM144 million pink diamond necklace should be confiscated and returned to Malaysians

I gave a full assurance to MCA and Gerakan yesterday that the DAP has no intention or capability to eliminate MCA and Gerakan.

This is because no other political party can eliminate MCA or Gerakan, as only MCA itself can eliminate MCA, and Gerakan itself can eliminate the Gerakan, by adopting policies and measures which deprives them of all public support, because they have rendered themselves completely inconsequential, irrelevant and marginalized.

I asked how DAP can cause the MCA and the Gerakan leaders to adopt policies and measures which would render MCA and Gerakan completely inconsequential, irrelevant or marginalized unless the MCA and Gerakan leaders have become puppets or stooges of DAP, which is even more unthinkable. No other political party can eliminate MCA and Gerakan – as political parties can only commit suicide or self-destruct from their own betrayal of their founding principles

I gave an assurance to MCA and Gerakan at the media conference in Labis earlier this evening to announce the DAP/Pakatan Harapan parliamentary candidate for Labis, Pang Hock Liong, that DAP has no intention whatsoever to eliminate MCA and Gerakan, stressing that no other political party can eliminate MCA and Gerakan, as political parties cannot be eliminated by other political parties but can only commit suicide or self-destruct because of their own betrayal of their founding principles.

The intention and objective of the DAP in the 14th General Election is to defeat the UMNO/BN so that for the first in the nation’s 61-year history, a new Government from Pakatan Harapan could be formed in Putrajaya, to Save Malaysia from becoming a bankrupt, rogue and kleptocratic state by resetting Malaysia’s nation building directions and policies for Malaysia to become a world top-class nation. Full assurance to MCA and Gerakan – DAP has no intention whatsoever to eliminate MCA and Gerakan

I want to give a full assurance to MCA and Gerakan – DAP no intention whatsoever to eliminate MCA and Gerakan.

The placement of DAP candidates in Ayer Hitam, Teluk Intan and Labis is not because DAP intends to eliminate MCA and Gerakan, as DAP is fully aware that we are incapable of performing this feat, apart from the fact that it is never the intention or objective of DAP to eliminate MCA, Gerakan or any political party in the country.

No other political party can eliminate MCA or Gerakan, as only MCA itself can eliminate MCA, and Gerakan itself can eliminate the Gerakan, by adopting policies and measures Which deprives them of all public support, because they have rendered themselves completely irrelevant and marginalized. Liow Tiong Lai must explain whether it is official MCA campaign strategy to spread the claim that there is nothing wrong with Najib’s 2.6 billion donation and the 1MDB scandal as Najib had given back the RM2.6 billion to Malaysians

I am shocked to discover during my walkabout with the DAP candidate for Johor State Assembly seat, Tan Hong Pin that MCA propagandists are spreading the version that there is nothing wrong with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s RM2.6 billion donation in his personal banking accounts and the 1MDB scandal, especially as Najib had given back the RM2.6 billion to the people of Malaysia.

This is a monstrous multiple lie and falsehood, which is worse than the lie recently by the Barisan Nasional Strategic Communications Unit when responding to the FaceBook posting by former Cabinet Minister, Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz, asking the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) to clarify if it had known about caretaker prime minister Najib Razak’s infamous RM2.6 billion donation, and how the department had dealt with it at the time.

The Barisan Nasional strategic communications team, which is headed by the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Datu Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan, said that that Najib had returned most, if not all, of the RM2.6 billion donation he received in 2013.

This is a double lie, for Najib had not returned most, and definitely not all, of the RM2.6 billion Donation to Saudi royalty he received in 2013. Read the rest of this entry »

Wee Ka Siong is plucking up courage to visit Bagan more often – let’s hope Wee plucks up sufficient courage to contest against Guan Eng in Bagan

I saw today in the press a photograph of the MCA Deputy President Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong in Bagan in Penang last night sitting beside two empty chairs, one carrying the photograph of Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and the other myself.

If I am equally petty-minded, I can put an empty chair at today’s kopitiam dialogue and ask why Wee Ka Siong is not here to hear what we have to say.

But this is being very mean and petty-minded, the work of “petty people” – “hsiao ren” – which we have no time to indulge in. Read the rest of this entry »

Wee: Don’t think, just act – but also answer the three questions which I asked him last Saturday and why MCA Ministers and MPs voted in support of the constituency redelineation proposals which are a betrayal of Najib’s 1Malaysia and Mahathir’s Bangsa Malaysia policies?

MCA Deputy President Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong said he is considering legal action against me for saying that he was acting according to a script from Barisan Nasional strategic communications director Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan on the Penang undersea tunnel scandal,

Why is Wee so sensitive, when he said he does not mind being called “catspaw” and “ninja assassin”?

Let me tell Wee, don’t think, just act but also answer at the MCA forum in Bagan tonight the three questions which I asked him last Saturday as well as why the MCA Ministers and MPs voted in support of the constituency redelineation proposals which was a betrayal of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s 1Malaysia policy and Tun Mahathir Mohamad’s Bangsa Malaysia objective under Vision 2020? I strike paydirt and Abdul Rahman Dahlan has shown his hand as the UMNO leader who gave Wee Ka Siong the script to play as UMNO’ “ninja assassin” with the fictitious RM20 billion Penang undersea tunnel scandal

I strike paydirt with my short 10-paragraph statement on Wee Ka Siong as UMNO “ninja assassin” yesterday.

I had suggested that Wee should announce that he would contest in one of the three MCA parliamentary seats in Penang if he is totally convinced of his discovery of a RM20 billion undersea tunnel scandal in Penang, which until yesterday he was the sole MCA/Barisan Nasional Minister/MP to know about.

Wee had been making almost daily attacks on the Penang DAP/PH State Government and Penang Chief Minister, Lim Guan Eng on the fictitious RM20 billion Penang undersea tunnel, but I always suspected that Wee was not so “original” as to able himself to concoct the RM20 billion undersea tunnel scandal but was only reading out the script by his UMNO handlers who have designated the role of “ninja assassin” for him to play – to character-assassinate the image, reputation and integrity of Penang DAP/PH State Government and Penang Chief Minister, Lim Guan Eng, so as to divert attention from the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s international RM52 billion 1MDB money-laundering scandal.

The statement this morning by the Barisan Nasional Strategic Communications Director Datuk Sri Abdul Rahman Dahlan responding to my statement yesterday on Wee Ka Siong as UMNO “ninja assassin” is most revealing – virtually a confession by Abdul Rahman Dahlan that he is the “handler” feeding and giving Wee the script to launch a ceaseless attack on Penang Chief Minister and Penang DAP/PH State Government to divert attention from the 1MDB scandal.

This is why Wee had run crying to Abdul Rahman complaining about the attacks he is getting for his “ninja assassin” role, and this is why it is Abdul Rahman and not Wee who had replied to my statement yesterday. Read the rest of this entry »
