All post must be on merit, regardless on sex. Females should not be promoted on sex qualification. They are not sex objects. Everything on merit. If they are good, promote them. If they do not deserve it, PLEASE DO NOT PROMOTE THEM JUST FOR QUOTA PURPOSE.
