Mr. Martin, you are so sensitive to “conflict of interest” as if you are a citizen of a First World Country. In Malaysia, we have our own culture. If I am a judge, I can have teh-tarik in my chamber with one party to a civil suit “ex-parte” the other party. “Why can’t I have teh tarik with my friend even if I am hearing the civil suit tomorrow?”
