RPK’s bombshell allegation on Altantuya murder – Abdullah, Najib, Rosmah cannot remain silent

The Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, the Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor cannot remain silent on the latest bombshell of blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin.

In a statutory declaration on June 18, 2008, Raja Petra accused Rosmah as among three individuals who were present when Altantuya was murdered on Oct 19, 2006.

Raja Petra alleged in his statutory declaration: “I have been reliably informed that between about 10pm on October 19, 2006 and early hours of the following day, the night Altantuya Shaariibuu was murdered, three other people were also present at the scene of crime.”

He named the two other individuals as one acting colonel Aziz Buyong, who is described as ‘a C4 expert’ and the latter’s wife, known only as Norhayati, who is also said to be Rosmah’s aide de camp.

Raja Petra further alleged:

“My informer states that Aziz was the person who placed the C4 on various parts of Altantuya’s body witnessed by Rosmah and Norhayati.

“I make this statutory declaration because I have been reliably informed about the involvement of these three people who have thus far not been implicated in the murder nor called as witnesses by the prosecution in the ongoing trial at the Shah Alam High Court.

“I also make this statutory declaration because I am aware that it is a crime not to reveal evidence that may help the police in its investigation of the crime.”

Raja Petra said he had been “reliably informed” that the Prime Minister “has received a written report from military intelligence confirming what I have revealed and this report was subsequently handed over to his son-in-law Khairy Jamaluddin for safekeeping”.

Raja Petra also claimed that “one of the Rulers has been briefed about this matter” and “is fully aware” of the allegation.

The credibility and legitimacy of the Abdullah premiership and government will suffer a mortal blow if Abdullah, Najib and Rosmah remain silent on Raja Petra’s bombshell allegations.

    No wind no ripples!

But why would she get involved in this murder?
    1. because Altantuya knew some top secret about the corruption allegation?

does it mean – Adbullah and the rest should be called by the police.

Let’s see whether the malaysia police is independent or not.

Yes, they can remain silent, and they will. They will laugh it off as a joke, and the mainstream press will support them. The only way this thing will ever see the light of day is if the “royalty” in question verifies RPK’s account.

They will just brush it off as something totally preposterous, so preposterous that it doesn’t deserve any comment.

KEEPING SILENT=YOU DO NOT DENY IT= IT COULD BE TRUE= YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO REFUTE IT.

Only a lunatic would make such a statutory declaration, and RPK is no lunatic.

A local press said BN was really running out of luck, from Tsunami 308 through fuel price hikes to no-confidence-motion threats.

Now the latest – new revelations on Altantuya’s murder!

  9. #9 by James on Saturday, 21 June 2008 - 2:07 pm

Hey this is absolutely serious & mind-boggling!!! As pointed out in the above messages one must presume innocence unless it is proven.

On the other hand as was also pointed out, the parties named must come out urgently to cleanse their names & to refute their involvement in such a dastardly cowardly & unpardonable deed. If these parties remain silent but defensive then they have more than something to conceal in which case they are more than likely guilty of the murder as the abettors.

Malaysia’s national dignity & reputation as a civilised law-abiding nation is starkly at stake now. Be silent as a mouse or nonchalently shrugging it off as a joke means most defintely that the parties named are guilty as hell in the capital crime & deserve capital punishment.

There is no two ways about this matter. Explain & come out clean or be damned by GOD & all mankind besides ruining the image of our nation………..

The first thing that came to my mind was, “Yah Allah! With the implication of the PM & DPM in a murder trial, this will mean a re-election soon and the downfall of UMNO and the BN!”.

RPK you are an exceptionally brave and noble man as you surely, and most certainly, know the full consequences of your action. I am indeed humbled by your bravery and heroism!

I suggest we bloggers distribute, via e-mail and posters, of Raja Petra Kamarudin’s statutory declaration for the knowledge of all Malaysians. This way, if these allegations can be substantiated, there is no way that any of the guilty parties can get away with anything…least of all, MURDER!

“The time has come,” RPK said,
    “To talk of many things:
    Of money—and sex—and C4 explosives—
    Of girlfriends—and ministers—
And why the lady was blown apart—
    And whether submarines have commissions.”

  13. #13 by musma08 on Saturday, 21 June 2008 - 2:24 pm

    YB,

These allegations, if true, is indeed very disturbing. It involved the value of a nation. Those involved should (MUST) clear their names.
Even though it’s not proven, it hurts. I suggest RPK know what he’s doing!

YB, most importantly, the ‘no confident’ issue: I hope it’s YOU who’ll do the act! It’s the time, before everything goes out of hand. PLEASE HELP OUT. It’s only YOU who are capable of doing such a move!

    PLEASE, SIR!

AG already concluded that there were “only 3″ persons involved and they are already in court on trial. It is an open and shut case even though it has lasted over 100 days.” Is anyone doubting this “expert”?

Is some Minister going to say: “Fresh investigations will serve no purpose, will involve alot of public funds and waste alot of precious time. The investigations will reveal nothing new as we already got the culprits. Let us just give everyone an ex-gratia payment and close the matter.”

Will the Defence Minister say: “Actually there is no “Military Intelligence” to speak of because they all only have SPM qualifications. Besides, they all only obtained C4 in Explosives.”

Will the PM say: “I don’t know anything about it. I slept through it all. Ask Jeanne, she’s my alibi”?

And will the Ka Jang (KJ) satay man say: “Who? Me? I thought it was my Insurance Policy”?

And will Rose say: “I wasn’t there. I was definitely at another Guy Fawkes bonfire party that night bogeling away”?

And will the ACA DG and IGP say: “We are awaiting for instructions from higher ups. So far nobody has filed a complaint”?

Ane they all lived happily ever after. The End.

From Oliver Twist ( Bill Sikes’ murder of Nancy):

Of all bad deeds that, under cover of the darkness, had been committed within wide London’s bounds since night hung over it, that was the worst. Of all the horrors that rose with an ill scent upon the morning air, that was the foulest and most cruel. The sun- the bright sun, that brings back, not light alone, but new life, and hope, and freshness to man- burst upon the crowded city in clear and radiant glory. Through costly-coloured glass and paper-mended window, through cathedral dome and rotten crevice, it shed its equal ray. It lighted up the room where the murdered woman lay. It did. He tried to shut it out, but it would stream in. If the sight had been a ghastly one in the dull morning, what was it. now, in all that brilliant light!

YB LKS, I must urgh all BN’ s cpmponent parties like MCA, MIC, Gerakan and the rest should pull out of BN if RPK SD is true.. for it a shame if they could support the UMNO led goverment which could hide and cover up a incident like this with the help of the police, military, AG and also the Judiciary. I also all urgh all the citizen not to support the BN led by the UMNO led goverment.. this cannot be tolerated..Can i ask if this RPK’s SD can be brought up and being question in Paliament. Please do it if p[ossible.
    Tks.

The hand behind the scene is out.. They have to deny this allegation by hook or by crook. These is no good.. If Hippo goes down then it will also drag BIN Razak together with it. If Bin Razak is going down, he’ll drag A LOT OF Others with him. Hell gate has opened.. the candidates for the visit please standby.
Or.. just for thought.. maybe this Bin Razak is trying to get rid of his Hippo, as The Grand Old Man have told him. “Want to be PM.. Then leave your pet Hippo first”. Whatever it is, after some many years as BN MP or Adun, none will dare to come out from the pack. The KEY for their Skeleton closet is with the Sleepy Chief and his goons. Yong teck lee is just the example. Police, ACA and SPR .. Judiciary all are still in their control.
Once People’s government takeover as Federal Gov. then a new Prison has to be build just to cater all these Goons. I’m sure the Prison would be larger than Putra Jaya. Just waiting to see that day. May Lord above will just fulfill this small wish of mine.. or say the people of Malaysia.

I wonder how reliable RPK’s sources are. Whatever, the allegations if false are slanderous and Rosmah must take action to clear her name which is probably RPK’s objective: to see her in court. Actually her best course of action is to totally ignore the allegations and keep very quiet and quietly ask the police not to probe further.

  21. #21 by rainbowseahorse on Saturday, 21 June 2008 - 3:11 pm

It all depends on Baginda. Is he willing and ready to take the fall for the rest of the gang? What about the other two ex-cops?
I wonder what songs & dance they are going to perform if the punishment is “gantung sampai mati”?

  22. #22 by gofortruth on Saturday, 21 June 2008 - 3:19 pm

This is MORE than SERIOUS, to put it mildly!!!

If the allegation is true (every fair minded person will perceive so in the positive), what we are having here is our nation is being led by 3 highest leaders of its land, the PM, DPM and potential future PM who for some “unknown” reason, have chosen to conceal a murder case of the most inhuman & barbaric kind. Such willful concealment lands themselves as equally inhuman & barbaric. In the public eyes, they are far worst than criminals!!!

Would we want such immoral people to lead our beloved country??
Nothing short of a Royal Inquiry will suffice in order to flush out the truth. Since we now know the ACA in practice has proven itself to be nothing more than a BN dept, we seriously believe the same with the AG, so how can the people get to the truth? Time for our Agong to act?

    What a bombshell!

They are denoted a World War II bomb in Ipoh too right?
Baginda and the 2 cops will start talking when the punishment is “Gantung Sampai Mati”! The the whole show will start all over again!

Yeah, how about turning the whole Putra Jaya into a prison farm? Kind of tourist center for other to visit to see all those pull behind bar.

    I like the idea..

No, these people must not be allowed to lead the nation.

So what do we do now?

A no confidence vote for AAB could bring NTR to power and everything gets swept under the carpet.

    So what do we do?

  25. #25 by rainbowseahorse on Saturday, 21 June 2008 - 3:29 pm

  31. #31 by badak on Saturday, 21 June 2008 - 3:59 pm

Now the police will call RPK to Bukit Aman. They will ask RPK who his informer is.knowing RPK he will not tell.So the police will charge RPK for withholding evidence.Case close.

But then again the law says” a person is innocent until proven Guilty.By the way what happen to Lingam,s case. One of the six is still a minister.I for one don,t trust our courts at all ..Our AG is a joke.ACA to me is UMNO,s watch dog.PDRM is another component party in BN.

That’s why UMNO needs to stay in power at all cost. Too many things implicate and incriminate them. Even the retired TDM is worried over his many doings.

What a rotten Government. I can only conclude MCA, MIC and other BN components are all crooks.

Among some friends we have joked that it must be some real bigshot who ordered the killing. But RPK’s statutory declaration is really something else.
Like a piece from the feudal past, where the king, queen , prince or rich landowner can literally get away with murder, the perpetrators of the crime thought they can do likewise granted their powers. But they have not thought they will need to contend with an righteous person who wants justice for the deceased.
    So, will justice prevail?
    I hope so.

Nah, I am also in wishful slumber like that Mr.Bean of ours. How can we even expect Ong Ka Ting to do the impossible. Did they say they wanted to remain relevant to fight for justice for all Malaysians?

The TRUTH is that they know who the killer/killers are.

You can see it in Yong Teck Lee case, When he announced SAPP will move a motion of no confidence against the PM in parliment, the BN quickly slapped him with courruption charges happened MORE THAN 10 YEARS AGO in 1996!

This show how corrupt this BN dockeys are! you scratch my back I scratch yours, you don’t “port” me I don’t “port” you, you take I take as long as we are in the BN, everything is “BOLEH”.

So you can understand why “NAJIS” has to be “GOODBOY” all this while, because somebody know the “TRUTH”.

When RPK says “I have been reliably informed”, it implies the likelihood of him having the informant ready on the standby, though hidden for now, to testify, when the time, place, occasion and forum is right for disclosure without jeopardizing the witness’s safety.

The gauntlet he throws at the government – is I have this: do you want him to come out, subject to the right conditions, to tell the truth? If the government prevaricates, dithers or maintains in-elegant silence without giving an appropriate response, the most negative and adverse inference will be drawn against it for not wanting to know the truth. Either way susah lah!

I am not even surprised he may have a copy of the alleged military intelligence report.

The part of an undisclosed Ruler being privy suggests that RPK is giving a veiled warning that if the situation is escalated by a C4 being used against him, the matter will not end there and that there is a Ruler out there who will pursue the matter.

The wonder of it, assuming the information is accurate and reliable, there could be such a fourth person hidden from view witnessing the proceedings of the other three, unknown to them, and that witness to a crime, until now not known to exist, keeping silent all this while and recently disclosing it to RPK.
