All the eleven previous MCA Presidents and Acting Presidents would not do what the current MCA President, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai, did in Johor Jaya yesterday, losing all moral compass as to stoop so low and tell bald-faced lies which confirm his epithet as “Tung Shin Liow”.

According to the MCA’s Star, Liow unleashed an attack on DAP, accusing the DAP of taking the Chinese support for granted after getting huge support from the Chinese community in garnering 85% of the Chinese votes in the last general election.

At the MCA 14TH General Election mobilization rally in Johor Jaya, Liow said the DAP could not and would not defend the rights and interests of the community, declaring: “The DAP says it does not represent the Chinese community after winning big in the last elections.”

I do not believe that the previous 11 MCA Presidents and Acting Presidents, namely Tun Tan Cheng Lock, Tun Lim Chong Eu, Cheah Toon Lok, Tun Tan Siew Sin, Lee San Choon, Neo Yee Pan, Tan Koon Swan, Tun Ling Liong Sik, Ong Ka Ting, Ong Tee Keat and Dr. Chua Soi Lek would have given credence to any equating an MCA President with a “Tung Shin Liow” telling bald-faced lies like Liow in Johor Jaya yesterday.

The DAP had never said that it does not represent the Chinese community. We declare we do not just represent the Chinese community, but also all Malaysian communities as well, as we represent and speak for all Malaysians, regardless of race, religion or region.

Is such a statement too difficult for the 12th MCA President to understand?

If so, I am prepared to come to Wisma MCA to give Liow a free tuition. Just name the date and time.

What Liow did in Johor Jaya yesterday is the latest classic two-faced hypocrisy of Barisan Nasional leaders – with MCA leaders accusing the DAP of having betrayed the Chinese while the UMNO leaders keep up their barrage of demonization, lies and fake news about the DAP being anti-Malay, anti-Islam and wanting to establish a Christian Malaysia.

Can Liow explain how I could be anti-Chinese and anti-Malay at the same time; or how I could be anti-Islam and want to establish a Christian Malaysia, when I am not a Christian in the first place?

Liow has created at least three new “history” as MCA President.

Firstly, although MCA claims to be a party representing the Chinese in Malaysia, under Liow, history was made with the three top MCA leaders, the MCA President, the MCA Deputy President and the MCA Secretary-General all contesting in constituencies with Malay voters in the majority – raising the question whether they represent the Chinese in Cabinet or represent the UMNO leadership to the Chinese community!

Secondly, this is the first time that a MCA Deputy President is acting as UMNO’s “ninja assassin” to character-assassinate the reputation and integrity of DAP Chief Minister of Penang, Lim Guan Eng, and create a RM20 billion Penang undersea tunnel corruption scandal from nothing, just to divert attention from Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s RM50 billion 1MDB scandal, which had caused Malaysia to be regarded worldwide as a global kleptocracy.

Has Liow created a third “history” as MCA President?

I would recommend Liow to read Robert Kuok’s Memoirs where the Malaysian tycoon stressed that one of the two factors causing the rise or fall of nations, which applies to individual political leaders, is the loss of moral compass.

Has Liow lost all moral compass that he has forfeited the ability to distinguish right from wrong, as to allow him to tell barefaced lies?
