The new Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister, Datuk Seri Zahid Hamidi has talked enough nonsense about a plot to topple the Government by unconstitutional or violent means
In Kota Belud this morning, Zahid told the Kota Belud Umno division that the Government could have been toppled by undemocratic means if no steps had been taken to prevent it from happening.
He said he was compelled to reveal the plot involving the opposition and some “retired” leaders to put a stop to their plans.
He said: “As Home Minister I had received accurate information about what they intended to do and put a stop to it.
“Their plan was to set up a unity government. But their real aim was to seize power through the back door.”
Yesterday, Zahid denied in Johore that the “plot to topple the government” is fake, and claimed that it was not only real but verified by intelligence reports by several agencies.
Zahid has been the most irresponsible Home Minister in the 58-year-old history of the nation, abusing and exploiting his powers and position to consolidate his position in the power struggle of a political party, UMNO – which had never been done by any Home Minister in the past.
I challenge Zahid to produce evidence to show that there had been a previous Home Minister who had exploited his security position and responsibility to jack up their party position in UMNO.
Tun Musa Hitam, Tun Mahathir and Tun Abdullah who had held the Home Ministry portfolio had never done what Zahid is doing, and what is the height of irresponsibility, concocting a “security” crisis as alleging an illegal plot to topple the elected government by unconstitutional or violent means in his national road show attending UMNO division general meetings.
I challenge Zahid to stop telling “grandmother” stories and to produce evidence to substantiate his allegation of a plot to topple the government by unconstitutional or violent means, and if he cannot do so, he should apologise for the fabricated stories he had been telling about a plot to overthrow the government by unconstitutional or violent means.

I say people should really get angry, Bersih should be the main event but instead Najib and Mahathir is making it about them.. How did the people suddenly become spectators on issues THEY raised first? How is it 1MDB, political donation etc which are concerns of the people suddenly get hijacked by the bloodsports of the internal problems of UMNO and the people become spectators? How is it politicians have such privilleges that their concerns are more important than the concern of the people?
People should go to Bersih to tell Najib, Mahathir and Zahid, its NOT ABOUT THEM, its about the people’s will first and almost everything else, their self-absorbtion, comes a very very low far downthe ladder. People should make it clear, they are ALWAYS THE MAIN EVENT and ALWAYS THE MOST PRIVILLEGED

usually you don’t talk about your strategy. by talking about it openly, this may be just another talk show. you gave too much time for najeep to go around and buy people.
it is like the AG who did not act quick enough and instead of charging najeep, he himself was fired.

Zahid Hamidi is simply a COMPULSIVE LIAR.. You take his claim he has met the Arab donor for the RM2.6b.. IT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL.. If Zahid Hamidi can be trusted to meet the “Arab donor”, then why hasn’t Muhiyiddin or Mahathir meet him also? All of Najib’s problem would be solved. Those still thinking in UMNO is gagging at this inconsistency.
THIS is the guy, UMNO zealots think is better than Muhiyiddin? At least Muhiyiddin have the good sense to keep lying to a minimum. Zahid Hamidi is a on-coming disaster for Najib..
If Zahid Hamidi is lying left and right, then it goes back to the original charge of where did the money really come from. Then what about 1MDB problems? If that is the case what about Altantuya, Scorpene case, even Rosmah’s jet, jewelry and her children money, etc?? They can only be true..
THEN what about the charges againts Zahid Hamidi – the link to gambling crook, to Perkida, his violence etc?? They can only be true..Like I said, a on-coming disaster..
