Former Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad has shocked and outraged many Malaysians with his recent conduct where both during and after the 13GE, he had been one of the most extremist and racist voices in the country.
In the evening of his days, Mahathir should be a model Malaysian instead of being a stereotypical racist, seeking to pit the Malays against the Chinese.
Immediately after the May 5 general election results, the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak talked about the need for a programme of “national reconciliation” but if there is an independent study and investigation into the speeches and statements made during and after the 13th General Elections, I have no doubt that it would be found that all the racist and chauvinist utterances, inciting racial conflict and hatred, emanate from the Umno/Barisan Nasional side whether from the UMNO/BN leaders or from their mouthpieces whether official or unofficial, like Mahathir himself.
If all the racist and chauvinistic appeals, trying to incite communal distrust and discord, whether during or after the 13GE, emanate from the UMNO/BN side, how can the UMNO/BN leaders have the temerity of trying to put the blame of worsening racial relations on Pakatan Rakyat?
In the 1999 general elections, it was the Chinese voters who saved Mahathir and UMNO from the Barisan Alternative comprising DAP, Parti Keadilan, Parti Rakyat Malaysia and PAS when Anwar was first sacked as Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister and jailed in Sungai Buloh prison.
Why didn’t Mahathir accuse the Chinese voters at the time of trying to oust the political power of the Malays and to dominate politics in Malaysia?
Mahathir should stop undermining all his advocacy of Vision 2020 and Bangsa Malaysia in his final 13 years as Prime Minister from 1991-2003, as he should be a model Malaysian if he is sincere and serious about his Vision 2020 and Bangsa Malaysia concept.
I would urge Mahathir to put national and Malaysian interests above his petty personal interests and considerations.

He is not the biggest and most dangerous RACIST…..just a mouth piece for others.
There are many FACELESS RACISTS in position of power, trust and influence behind him….the one that you do not see and/or hear, those are the ones, collectively, that you have to be very careful.

Had he died before Najib announced his 1Malaysia, we would be seeing a more harmonious situation in the country now. Count not what this has-been can do for this country, count the days we can see his departure.

I fully agreed with LKS say on 1999 GE. I was one that do not see the need of alternative to BN and many like me still believe in BN. I have supporting BN all this until the peak in 2004 where many many more Chinese through their supports on BN with the hope that Abdullah will make changes and many hope dear Abdullay will clean up BN’s corrupt practices thus Abdullah was given huge mandate to rule but he failed us miserably.
Then the Malaysian see the urgency to have alternative to BN. Chinese do not support any party blindly, and they not support only DAP they support PR that make up all the races. I support PAS and thus PR.
It was absolutely lies to say Chinese vote DAP to oust the Malays. MAny support PAS for that matter simply they are in PR. Malaysian want alternative to BN that is.

Mr Lim,
Mahatir is a racist, pure and simple.
He sets the standards for others to follow and we can see how his minions in Utusan have slavishly tried to emulate him.
Others like Ibrahim Ali in PERKASA believe that by shouting and screaming incoherently about the Chinese, Mahatir will anoint them as worthy partners in his racist agenda, as indeed he has.
It is not difficult to see why Mahatir continues to fan the flames of Malay supremacy thus driving a wedge between Malaysians of different ethnicities.
For as long as we are divided, Mahatir wins.

I accept if Mahathir differs in opinion in the public space.
I accept if Mahathir has a different competing ideology that is for the good of Malaysians.
But what I see in his backhand and what I read at the back of his mind is pure, self-serving evil.
Pure evil.
this is why Malaysians must all rise to prevent.
And prevent we must.
For the love of the nation and all Malaysians.
Oh, Najib, Zahid, Muhyiddin sama saje.

Najib, Zahid, Muhyiddin comes from the same Mahathir template.
Third-world mentality.
How can you punish voters who vote to elect their choice of parliamentarians?
Mooo….. even cows don’t do that!
Some sick cow this DPM turns out to be – probably suffering from some form of bovine spongeiform encephalitis.

By the way, now that GE 13 is over and things are calmer, can we finally have a debate of the minds:
Anwar vs Mahathir (de facto PM)
or
Anwar vs Najib (de jure PM)
Anwar vs Muhyiidin – don’t bother!
Muhyiddin has no brains to debate.

Dr M is very atypical of a high stature person in his twilight years who would normally spend his remaining few precious years with family members, devote time to charitable work, reflect on one’s past mistakes/misdeeds and beg for God’s forgiveness etc. It is extremely outrageous that he should go round stoking racial distrust and disharmony and yet has the cheek to put the blame on the Opposition. He is only bringing shame to himself.

For some men are too egoistic and they strive for attention. Less there be given will they soon die a slow and miserable death.
And as for Mahathir, he knows his days are numbered. For now, he has to live up to his evil deeds to claim his rightful place next to Satan instead of Hitler. And if Satan is not careful enough he will soon find himself ousted from Hell and God will then have a bigger problem on his hands. Heil Mahathir!

Too late for him to switch to becoming a model Malaysian. with an evil mind to go with his bad heart, he can only be a model for corrupt, dishonest and racist leaders.
