New BN, Umno faces but same old mindset

APRIL 16 — Barisan Nasional (BN) is putting out a refreshed and reshuffled list of candidates for the 13th general election, with a third new faces for Parliament and 49 per cent for the seats in 12 states.

Does it even matter if 100 per cent are new? Do the candidates matter more than the parties or coalition and the manifesto they put out days ago?

One has to understand something about BN and Umno. Their people subscribe to the same ideology and chauvinism as the old people they are replacing in the May 5 general election.

Is Rais Yatim’s replacement going to have an enlightened media policy or is he still going to offer a 10-minute slot to the opposition? What do you think?

All these new Umno candidates are products of the party mindset and thinking, the same thinking that gave us the Ibrahim Ali and Ridhuan Tee who blight our landscape.

How will these candidates even think they can promise a “better nation” with them in power? They are cut from the same cloth as their predecessors. Otherwise they won’t be in BN or Umno.

There is no transformation with such people, let alone reforms. BN and Umno have an assembly line of politicians who think and act the same way as their predecessors.

They’re just old wine in a new bottle. It might look sparkling new but it’s the same old, same old. You can be sure of that.

There will not be any change in BN so long as Dr M is the boss. The fielding of Ibrahim Ali by BN on nomination day lent credence to my argument.

Looker closer at the list of new faces – they are just younger in age. Not only do they have the same mindset and ideas but they are not even better in talent and abilities than the old ones they replace. In fact most of them are worst than the old ones they replace because they are more risk averse and more ambitious/greedy..

Suggestion to Sdr. Lim, when mentioning BN’s ‘politik mempecah belah rakyat antara kaum’, you may want to add, ‘supaya boleh ambil rasuah dan curi dari rakyat’…

Just a little more zing into the lines..

Durians don’t grow on rambutan trees, neither do rambutan trees bear mango fruits. So, no matter how many new faces UNMO B fielded in this GE, they are all of the same kind. They have the one same and common aim-to rob and plunder the wealth of the nation and protect those before them who had robbed. The Chinese say ‘ dong bing xiang lian ‘ ( because they have the same sickness, they emphatize and help each other ). Don’t waste our time hoping for UMNO B to reform itself. Instead, rakyat need to reform them by putting them on the opposition bench. Wahai ubah. Kali inilah!

There are so many independents contesting in GE13 because this is one quick way of making money. Once get elected, they just sell themselves to BN for a huge sum of money (said to be over RM millions). The wide spread publicity about independents selling themselves to BN for huge personal gain after GE12 might have influenced current independents to try their luck in GE13.

The devils must be thinking that they can fool the Malaysian electorate by having so-call fresh and new faces as candidates!
These devils must be really at their wit’s end to try to ward off defeat and the attendant trials that their vile crimes will surely bring!
But Malaysians are not fooled by such plans because they know that the devils are pulling the strings behind the scenes!!
These newbies are just puppets who are induced to act as such!
Whether they are naive, stupid or mercenary is not important!
    They are the devils’ hand-maiden!!!!
As the Chinese saying very aptly says: Those near the ink-pot will be stained black!!!!
So, have a one track mind this GE13!!
    Just vote for the PR!!
    JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!
