“Theirs is not to question why,
Theirs is but to do and die.”
No more will they see the sky,
Return to earth, they will lie.
They sustain our tomorrow,
When sadly killed in action.
They are our fallen heroes,
Felled, fighting for the nation.
They die so that we can live.
May they always rest in peace.
Wrapped in honour, and our grief.
With deep gratitude, our piece.
The Nation mourns, remembers,
Your deed to posterity.
Interned with you forever,
Honour in eternity.

In quotation marks – yes, but at least attribute the first two lines to Lord Alfred Tennyson.
