That is how the triad works. They threatened who can be threatened. For those can’t be threatened, feed them with BRIM.
Feed them, keep feeding them, until a point they ‘felt the lost’ of the triad more than the salary+pride+etc add together.
They would vote the triad than their superiors, fortunately, their superiors felt the same way.
