Does the Indians, Sabahan and Sarawakians think that with ministers that think getting rid of an abusive govt agencies is going against the Constitution, they stand any real chance of NOT being marginalized? We have ministers that say the words of the Constitution is like religious text when it comes to religion and race, the aspirations of race and religion is much higher than anything else, the words cannot mean anything less no matter what the technical, tradition or even the English language actually means..
