The judiciary is BROKEN. Lets stop the pretense – so are the enforcement agencies, civil service, our schools, religious institutions, and likely even our medical ones which we long have known but would not or cannot talk about.. We exchanged them for a politicized market economy that went pretty well for a while. Communist countries also were initially very productive. Fascists ones have historically the highest growth for very short time. But eventually they fall apart, and so will ours – the more politicized the more severe they fall, the longer the regime hold, the longer and deeper the fall..
If you have not noticed – many of the old cronies that have benefitted by selling out their own in the old regime – many have left – lock stock and barrel, their capital exported to other countries. When it falls apart, its not them that will hold the bag – its you and me..
