Mat Zain: Cops can determine ‘within hours’ if NFC funded umrah

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 4 — A former senior officer questioned today the police’s reluctance to act against Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil’s family in the National Feedlot Centre (NFC) scandal, saying it should only take “hours” to determine if they had misused project funds for their umrah trips.

“Why is the police afraid of taking action against Shahrizat’s (picture) husband and son?” former city CID chief Datuk Mat Zain Ibrahim wrote in an open letter to the Inspector-General of Police today.

“To check records and determine if Mohamed Salleh (Shahrizat’s husband) and Wan Shahinur (Shahrizat’s son) used RM31,580 in NFC funds to pay for their umrah in November 2010 only needs a few hours of investigation,” he pointed out.

Mat Zain had called on Datuk Seri Najib Razak last week to instruct the police, graftbusters and the Attorney-General to complete investigations into the scandal-hit livestock company within a fortnight.

He said today that to check whether National Feedlot Corporation (NF Corp) paid RM26,400 to Women, Family and Community Development Minister Shahrizat only needed “a few minutes of investigations.”

“If this allegation is true, then Shahrizat has lied to the public when denying that she knew about the affairs and management of NFCorp by her husband and children,” he said.

PKR has made a series of exposes on the NFC, including over RM27 million spent on land and property unrelated to cattle farming, since the project was criticised for not meeting targets by the Auditor-General in October 2010.

The opposition party had claimed that Shahrizat’s husband Datuk Seri Mohamad Salleh Ismail, who is also NFCorp chairman, had ordered payment of RM31,580 to be made for his and his son’s haj pilgrimage in 2010 as well as RM26,400 in expenses for Shahrizat in 2008.

The Wanita Umno chief said yesterday she plans to continue leading the wing and returns to ministerial duties on Monday after taking three weeks’ leave to allow the authorities to complete their probe.

Just like Anti Corruption Commission dares not touch Taib. Both Polis Malaysia and ACC are useless. They bow down to UMNO. They act from the direction from UMNO as we see it. Just like the trial case of Mongolian mother, using C4 and the high court has never questioned the motive of the 2 special police personnels. They also have never mentioned about Najib, who was the defence minister at that time. http://173.230.136.137/?page_id=846
In the end, RM500 million are in the pocket of a company owned by wife of Razak Baginda. Buyting 2 submarines require middle agent? This is the old habit culture of UMNO in government to spend money. Buying a pair binoculars at RM56000 originally was RM2000. Rural people especially those Malays need to know this more. When they know the truth, the truth shall set them not to vote for a corrupted government of BeEnd.

The managers (MCA, MIC, Gerakan, PBB, etc.) all voice out to support UMNO (their MD) for managing the company (Malaysia). Why? All eye on money. These people are supported corrupted leaders. Judgement of people shall come to each of them.

You are right Kampong Org about UMNO being above law and up till now, no one is really too keen to get to the bottom of NFC.

When first proposed, NFC was suppose to be situated in either Pahang/Trengganu but somehow along the way, Gemas became the destination and according to “rumours”, KJ and Negri UMNO had a hand in this decision. Suffice to say, the first cut of the RM$250m got ‘laundered’ amongst that bunch of monkeys.

Also, it would be useful for MACC to look at Muhyddin, if MACC had not done so but there are many bigger players than Sharizat and spouse involved in this NFC caper.

Day in day out so sickening we hear of scams, abuse of power, bullying and corruption etc from the very government we voted in to office to administer this land yet they take advantage of us the Rakyat. Fifty-Four(54) years is too damn long; this Umno-led BN government tak boleh pakai dah!

Time to change – together lets stay united, go for ABU!

BN at it’s best – just bulldoze every BN corruption and wrong doing under the carpet. MACC and the Police are the bulldozer drivers!

MACC and The Police cannot be stooges of any political party!!!

That’s why we need a change of government to clean up the house.

///“Why is the police afraid of taking action against Shahrizat’s (picture) husband and son?”///

The police cannot act unless their political masters give the “green light”.

It is a known fact in Bolihland that the ruling regime protects high-profile figures who have committed wrongdoings but selectively prosecutes members of the opposition party who have not done anything wrong.

A delayed action to show to all Malaysians and the whole wide world that AG has no guts to do the right thing. He is shaming the Police Force.

Moral of the story. For allegations of misuse of RM2000 you not only get interrogated right through the night but could also mysteriously fall to your death from the MACC office.

For allegations of misuse of RM250m, nobody touches you. Queuing up to share in the ill gotten gains?

I believe Shahreechat is acting so above the law bcos she sees Ah Long Sick getting away with RM12.5 billion while her RM250 million is just a minute fraction of that

Sharizat said that she has 1.3 million supporters in UMNO wanita and so she would not quit. She has forgotten that a ex-president of Korea had more than 10 million supporters when he was elected, and he went to jail.

UMNO politicians think that when they get into trouble, they can get Allah’s forgiveness by going for an Umrah. Najip, Rosy did this recently, and cowgirl Sarizat did it three times within the last two months! Many ordinary muslim Malaysians take a lifetime to save for one Umrah trip, and many cannot even afford it. But to seek for Allah’s forgiveness, Umrah is not necessary. Just go into your room, close the door, and pray from the heart. Allah did not say that you have to spend money for an Umrah trip to get his blessings. Cowgirl Sarizat is unrepentant and even telling more lies after three Umrahs, so what’s the point of the Umrah? If corrupt UMNO politicians are using the Umrah as a political tool to fool the rakyat, Allah will punish them even more. What more by funding their Umrah trips using public funds. Truly despicable!

I guess some police and MACC officers that are “investigating” NFC will also need to go for Umrah soon?

That is why Pakatan likes to reform Polis Malaysia and Anti Coruption as we see the first 100 days as new federal government flyer : http://www.keadilandaily.com.

This is more important than present development promised by BeEnd government!

Why this perempuan bumi jenis celup is so bold? Because not the whole 250million went to her. A large amount went to other umnoputras and also to umno as party fund. So she has no wucking forries.

apa lagi nak dikatakan?

Simpulannya, MACC hanya main kulit wayang bila kes terlibat orang-orang BN.
