Police plan to pin sedition charge against Pornthip

By Dr Chen Man Hin, DAP life adviser

If the Suara Keadilan report were read carefully, it is quite clear that the ‘leaked sources’ need not be from Pornthip, but could be from anyone who was connected to the autopsy room at the time the second post mortem was conducted.

The leaked source could be from MACC or the police who are usually privy to the information from the autopsy room.

The wild accusation that Pornthip was responsible for the leaks might backfire on the police and or MACC who have their own agenda, which is to attach blame on the pathologist Pornthip engaged by the opposition to get to the truth of the death of Teoh Beng Hock.

Pathologist Pornthip has a formidable reputation of world renown and would not resort to unethical behaviour. To implicate her for breach of ethics is foolish and ill advised.

The truth of the matter was that the cause TBH death was homicide 80% and possibly suicide 20% as stated by Pornthip to the Inquest on 21st October 2009. To prove her point Pornthip gave a power point presentation on the evidence from the first autopsy, which conclusively point to death by homicide.

The second autopsy could produce more clues and evidence to expose the truth of the matter. More likely these would only substantiate what Pornthip had already disclosed at the inquest.

The charges against Pornthip and Lim Guan Eng are a panic reaction of the police and MACC as they would have access to the truth, which must be very painful for them. Hence the allegations of sedition against Lim Guan Eng and Pornthip. They have a hidden agenda.

The MACC and police should be advised not to plan to declare the inquest a mistrial, in view of the so called leaks by Pornthip and Guan Eng.

The Inquest on the death of TBH has captured the attention of the world. International pathologists are involved. Any attempt to subvert the findings of the second autopsy would be exposed, and the integrity of the country would be subject to international condemnation and mockery.

Why not pin Altantu’s murder on Obama, Putin or Ban Ki-moon? More fun that way!

Here is the curious thing. Why go to this extent to in witch-hunting?? So what if TBH dead is homicide? Why protect whoever is guilty from being pursued?

The only conclusion from such witch-hunting is that its prompted by panic that is more than a risk of a sullied reputation.

The more witch-hunting goes on, the more I am convinced it was done by someone high up…

Bigjoe has a point there. It could involve someone high up. That’s why they have pressed the panic button. If any thing bad happens to Ms Pornthip, Malaysia’s already tarnished reputation will go from bad to worse.

“Any attempt to subvert the findings of the second autopsy would be exposed, and the integrity of the country would be subject to international condemnation and mockery.” (Dr. Chen Man Hin)

International condemnation and mockery are still inadequate to overthrow the BN tyrant government. We still need a strong support from majority of Malaysian citizens in order to get BN out of the Federal Government.

We just have to be careful that the Umnoputras may attempt to divert people’s attention to other areas such as the “Allah” usage controversy in order to mobilise support for Umno. Racism will become stronger and stronger in Malaysia and we should do something to put a stop on it!

Err Dr, wot about home ground advantage? The crowd may be cheering the visitors on but the officials are hell-bent on making sure a home victory is secured. And the officials can achieve more in terms of ensuring a desirable final outcome.

So a very big welcome to umno’s malaysia, Dr Prontip.

Why tell them not to do this or that ? The normal BN response is this: the more you tell us to do something, the more we will avoid doing that something. Tell them to do whatever they want. We will have our day in court and maybe – just maybe – TBH will continue to be hot in the news.

Dr, don’t worry, the “leaders” can always employ foreign experts to burnish their image if it is dulled or sullied. They can afford to spend millions on this! But when it comes to health care, hospital assistants and nurses will suffice for the ordinary Joe – not normal GPs.
I also think that it’s not right to charge anyone one EXCEPT law enforcement and judiciary officials for sub judice if they make any conjectures regarding pending cases because they may be involved with the case, if not now, perhaps later.
As for the ordinary Joe, what they say may be just the spur of the moment stuff and would not have any bearing on on-going cases. Especially now, when the jury system had been abolished!
This is just a ploy of the BN to intimidate opponents, especially those who are fair minded.

It’s obvious police and MACC are trying to intimidate Dr. Pornthip from testifying at the inquest. This means there’s no escaping the verdict of murder. Their only hope is Pornthip’s absence so that her report can be ridiculed and attacked by MACC’s pathologists. Or the court may even say that since she cannot testify in person her report cannot be accepted. Such desperate and underhanded tactics means MACC is guilty as sin.

A warrant of arrest will soon be issued for Porntip, who will then flee Thailand to join RPK in hiding overseas.

No word to express my disappointment on both MACC and PDRM.

We can’t be sorry for ourselves anymore. This is the worse i can imagine of when thinking about these two pathetic and shameless government agencies.

Please let us together be the true Malaysia Malaysian. Fight for our right, and stop all these nonsense. Never try never know.

The way MACC & PDRM are behaving the last few days indicates strongly something is not to their liking after the post mortem which they have privy to the outcome not made public yet.
The only ‘credible’ dirty tactic to circumvent further trial is to discredit the pathologist and also to attack one more Pakatan leader – liken to kill 2 birds with one dirty stone. And claim mistrial!
This is not the only case when event takes a dirty turn and no case declared.
This shows should the trial proceeds, some big heads will roll and more dirty agenda will surface for all to see.
We the public are not that stupid, easy to forget morons. Thanks to the Internet.
Even children ask are our leaders that good, trustworthy and clean. How do you answer that question?
God has acted in good faith on some of these dirty ‘entities’. Some as a warning of worse to come should they not repent and continue their dirty deeds against innocent people.
One comforting fact: we still have God to see to our rights!
And He is our best Judge, Executioner & Law of Justice.

I have a friend who heard some ah pek telling stories in the regular coffee-talk and was pretty much disturbed not particularly because of the ah pek but by the friend. According to him, the ahpek said that TBH death is a conspiracy by Anwar and my friend added that it makes pretty much sense to him. He further relate that:
    – At the time just b4 TBH death, PR has plenty of internal issues that has caused its component to be unstable and at logger head w each other.
    – Anward brainwashed TBH to commit suicide
    – After TBH death, PR are united and all previous problems are solved.

I am so mad at this kind of brainless hypothesis and coffee talk that my “Friend” has relayed to me and expressing it w so much confidence and conviction. Then and there I know that this guy is talks more cock than I thought he did (We used to be collegue and I hated his guts and loyar-buruk’ness). I know there and then as though a new revelation has been bestowed upon me that I can count on him to sell out his whole family as long as his Dick is attached to where its supposed to be.

With more people like the ahpek and my so called “friend”, Malaysia will goes to the dog.

And also, with friend like this, who needs enemies.

Just ask the senile ah pek if Amwar is so good at brainwashing people, why didn’t he brainwashed Jibby to admit his role in Altan’s C4ing?
Or brainwashed the King tp proclaim Anwar the new PM?
Or brainwashed our great angkasawan to take over the ISS and bring it down to Malaysia?

    Ha ha ha
MACC & RMP should just let the inquiry take its course.

If Teoh is not murdered, the thruth will eventually come to light and MACC will have its name cleared!!!

    Unless, hmm hmm
