Today, a website on the RM12.5 billion Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) scandal, http://pkfz-scandal.org/ is launched as part of the effort to get to the bottom of the “scandal of scandals” in the nation’s history.
I am very disappointed with the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) decision that its Chairman, Datuk Seri Azmi Khalid need not disqualify himself and step down from the PAC inquiry into the PKFZ scandal, despite a clear conflict of interest, as he was a Cabinet Minister from 2004 to 2008 when the Cabinet took many critical decisions resulting in the ballooning of the PKFZ scandal from RM1.1 billion in 2002 to RM4.6 billion in 2007 and now RM7.5 billion and heading towards the astronomical cost of RM12.5 billion.
I never suggested that Azmi has any personal interest in any PKFZ transaction but as a Minister involved in the decision-making process resulting in the PKFZ project becoming the “mother of all scandals”, he should be a witness appearing before the PAC to testify why he as a Minister had supported the Cabinet decision in July 2007 to bail out the PKFZ project at the astronomical cost of RM4.6 billion – when the Cabinet should know that it would mushroom further to RM7.5 billion and later RM12.5 billion instead of heading a PAC inquiry into it.
No wonder Azmi does not agree that the PAC should summon the two former Transport Ministers Tun Dr. Ling Liong Sik and Datuk Seri Chong Kong Choy, as well as the former Port Klang Authority (PKA) Chairman and now Deputy Finance Minister, Datuk Seri Chor Chee Heung, to testify before the PAC – a clear case of Azmi protecting BN leaders!
It is clear that Azmi and all PAC members who supported him to head the inquiry into the PKFZ scandal just do not understand the meaning of accountability, transparency, integrity and good governance.
This makes this website to get to the bottom of the PKFZ scandal even more more imperative, and all who have information about the PKFZ scandal are welcome to send them to this website, which is run by webmaster Goh Kheng Teong or to me.

I believe the only people who are going to be punished for the RM12.5 billion scam are those who exposed it in the first place, that is to say, the DAP. Same story as the one involving the former Melaka CM’s teenage victim but YB LGE was jailed for exposing the case.

The website is a nice job, congratulations. I hope it proves useful.
I keep meaning to ask: is there any chance you could sort out the mangled HTML at the top of this (lks) blog’s pages that should allow clicking on the LKS4Malaysia banner to go back to your front page, but doesn’t? That would make navigation of this site a bit easier!

If Lim Kit Siang treats this as mother of all sandals….I am sorry for UMNO..and MCA
He will do the job…tax payers.. .pay him to do..hunt..investigate…3 questions to be followed up..until he gets the answers…on and on.
No answer…means guilty as hell. Run away ……sure to loose more votes.
Just look Dollah 92%….down to 52%.
UMNO is no more than 45% right now….going down and down.
“1 Malaysia”!!!…Great slogan!! Great idea!!…no meaning….useless racialist low class stunt…down few more votes.
Down and down UMNO goes….up and up PR goes….
Spinning wheels….spin UMNO BARU.. to tong sampah…where it belongs….making Tunku Abdul Rahman finally rest in peace…..smiling.
That’s the gift of love……People’s Power will give… to Tunku.

GOOD WORK!
==========
PLEASE NOT PAC & THE TASK FORCE COMMITTEE OF PKFZ DO HAVE THE LEGAL STANDI TO ACT ON THE MATTERS!
PLEASE POST A LIST OF SIMPLE QUESTION TO SEEK VERIFICATION, CLARIFICATION FROM PM. AS SOME ARE BEYOND WHAT SHOULD BE VERIFIED AND CLARIFIED BY MOT!!
==================================================
1. “Azmi claimed that he had conferred with all members of the PAC and the majority of including two opposition MPs disagreed with Lim’s request although he did not reveal who the two MPs were.”
http://pkfz-scandal.org/2009/06/17/macc-chief’s-absence-holds-up-pkfz-inquiry/
—————————————————————-
How can Azmi sit in any Committee when he does not has any consciousness on Conflict of Interest. Not even when reminded! And, yet need to ask his colleague if he should step-down?
SHOULD ANY SENSIBLE ORGANISATION TAKE UP STAFF WITH SUCH AN ATTITUDE?
As mentioned, since the Project has never been officially approved with Budget in details, especially the blow up to 6 and 12billions that follows, there is nothing for PAC to check. the WHOLE PAC should be out of the picture!!
HAS PAC been suggesting anything in the past on PKFZ?
And, SHOULD they be in any position to suggest?
A number of “Puppets” were used to make the project seems valid and “Powerful”. But, they do not have the authority or in the positions or got the Proper Procedures to do so!!
It is a CASE OF FRAUDULENT!!
Front of the Show – Ling & Chan
Back of the Show – ….
to siphon at least 4.632B from the Government to
Back of the Show!!

2. Najib: PKFZ committee to ‘ensure past mistakes don’t recur’
The PKA do not have a legal Standi to develop PKFZ as it was never officially and fully approved by the Parliament. The jurisdiction of PKA is limited by PAA. Subsequently PKA and any of their Committee is void or has the jurisdiction to act on the maters. Especially to probe Frauds of the Management of PKA and their Supervising Authorities-MOT/MOF/Cabinet!!
Do not accept the Task Force Committee on basis of Paul Low is there!!
—————————————————————-
PLEASE KICK PAC & THE TASK FORCE COMMITTEE OUT!!
CUT THEIR PUPPETS!!
—————————————————————-
PLEASE POST A LIST OF SIMPLE QUESTIONS TO BE VERIFIED, CLARIFIED BY THE PM AS THE MATTERS CONCERNED NOT ONLY WITH MOT!!

This will be like a chess game, where we can “check” (exposure of a chess king to capture) until we get to the bottom of the “mother of all scandals.” With the continuous “check”, we can never forget this “mother of all scandals” as well as to keep up the space. A very brilliant idea, brother Kit Siang.
Ong Ta Kut, where has you gone? We, the Rakyat shall leave no stone unturned to undercover this “mother of all scandals” involving the hard earned money of the taxpayers amounting to RM12.5 billion.
