To quote Satarudin Kamal, one of the fisherman finders of his body:
“No child should have died this way”.
Rest In Peace, little one.
But let us not forget the very many, many little ones who died in similar ways or who have been lost and never found, over the many years. Let us not forget them and their parents.

If we remember those innocents, we might not, as as parents, make such mistakes in the care of our children.
May his parents take support in the remaining lovely children and from our prayers.
As for the killers of innocent children, what joy for them if they cannot repent of their ways? Humans to live as beasts by their own choice?
