Am in Tokyo on private visit. Will give blog response 2Mahathir.

Mahathir wants Wain’s book 2b released forthwith.Who really believe Mahathir? Or is Najib or Hisham culprit blocking “Maverick M”‘s release?
12/23/2009 09:45 PM
Why Mahathir don’t sue me now if I had libelled him calling for RCI into Barry Wain’s RM100 billion allegation in his book Maverick M?
12/23/2009 09:39 PM
Why his suit conditional on outcome of RCI into Barry Wain’s allegation when M will do utmost 2block RCI though claiming support publicly?
12/23/2009 09:35 PM
Why Mahathir reserved right 2sue me 4stmt calling 4RCI into allegation in “Maverick Mahathir” RM100 bil wasted or burned in 22 yrs PMship?

Mahathir dare not sue anyone.
Crooks do not sue.
Suing will get him into hot soup.
Crooks must always be seen as nice guys.
If he can lie 14 times in front of respectable Royal Commissioners…right in front of our nose…what is this book.
His reputation as the most corrupted PM..is well known.
The book is just putting all that in writing.

Well I think he will sue as he wants to protect his image for as long as he lives. The judges are all his friends and they will help him whatever it takes. Moreover the PM is afraid of him and DPM is his crony,He’s in control. He’s untouchable. An added advantage is his old age.TDM knows the trial will take donkey’s years and before any conclusion of the trial,he knows he would then already kick the bucket. He’s pretty sure to preventing humilation in this world. What’s most important for him now is saving grace. On the contrary,I think his dream will come to a tragic end when PR takes over putrajaya. This’s his greatest enemy.

M’siakini: http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/120512
“The Chinese and Indians have to set aside their countries of origin and start calling themselves Malaysians for the success of the 1Malaysia concept, said Dr Mahathir Mohamad.”
who is the person who segregate us as bumi and non-bumi? who is the one who partition us malay and dan-lain-lain? it is u, mamaktir and your bn cronies!
there is no countries of origin for us! we are all born in malaysia and we are proud malaysians. it is u politicians who deny our rights to call this land our home!
stop race based politics
stop race based quota system
stop nep (whatever name it is called)
until then, there is no real 1malaysia.

“..he would then already kick the bucket” frankyapp
I hope he (Mahathir) kicks the baldi even before he files the court papers. He is a nuisance. He is EVIL. He is a monster with a heart of stone.

Kit should welcome the suit. Set some basic, common sense conditions like declassifying documents, waiver of immunity, maybe even live broadcast of proceedings etc. Then we call ex ministers, retired civil servants, tycoons like Ananda, YTL, Syed Mokhtar, Vincent Tan to explain how they ‘won’ their deals.
We get the previous EPU heads to explain how the highways, IPPs, construction contracts were awarded.
There are so many with true stories to tell, and the rakyat will have a gala time seeing all of Mamakthir’s cronies squirm on the stand.
Go for it, Kit !

Another RM100billion will soon be squeezed out of the rakyat under the GST

Some people would have us believe that the impending GST (Goods & Services Tax) is good for us and will save us money! “Pay less for phone bills, food and beverages under GST”. Yeah, sure. The lie is that they don’t tell us that we shall be paying tax on more things than ever before.

Something interesting in yesterday’s Star paper, page N47. Geocosmic Centre for Yi Jing Metascience Research Malaysia Dr Chuah Chong Cheng quoted ” The year ahead does not look too good for Malaysia”. He also predicted the death of a prominent politician, dying through a heart attack and issue concerning water supply to Singapore.
Anyway I hope TDM will live long enough to answer all his political sins and it will be interesting for him to sue LKS. I am sure LKS has no qualms on this and we can assure that there will be at least 30,000 bloggers and good and respectful citizens who are willing to contribute RM10 or more to him to fight the suit. The only fear is only the biasness of the court which is in control by BN.

Mahathir now finds foreigners exposing how he has made himself, his family and cronies
fabulously rich. Not only has exposed him,George Soros too in an article in Bangkok Post which I shall produce it here shortly.
So he probably has no choice but to find a way out to try and turn his slate white again. What better way to do than to sue Kit using our Malaysian Courts to make him clean again!

Correction: “Not only Wain has exposed him,George Soros too ……………………..”.

since you’re in Japan, please bring some books on how to commit “harakiri” to those disgraced Ministers, IGP, AG, MACC, toyol and many others.
give them a copy each, i’ll pay for it.
#15 by AhPek on Thursday, 24 December 2009 - 4:38 pm
It’s no use reading manuals on how to do “harakiri” when there’s no sense of
shame! Only honourable and great nations
where their citizens have sense of shame will one find harakiri done.No need to be taught how to do it one! Automatically whenever they feel responsible for the disaster that has befallen on their organisation, their sense of shame will drive them either to resign or to carry out harakiri!

Kit,
You must think twice if you really want to get involved in court case with Mahathir. You will NOT win because Mahathir still has friends in the judiciary to influence decisions of the court.
It has just been reported in Malaysiakini that Anwar’s libel suit against Mahathir was thrown out because someone had interfered with the court process.
If we know a trap has been made for us, we don’t deliberately dash into the trap and make ourselves the big loser!

Uncle Kit,
We are always behind you if you need us to raise fund to counter sue the Bas#ard.
#18 by Godfather on Thursday, 24 December 2009 - 6:06 pm
Nobody’s going to sue anyone. Kit didn’t say that he agreed with Barry Wain’s findings; Kit only wanted a RCI to investigate Wain’s assertions. In line with Mamakthir’s assertions that Badawi spent over RM 260 billion of Petronas money in his (Badawi’s) 5 years in power, we should investigate Mamakthir’s assertion too.
The value in a RCI is not in whether or not the government will take any action as recommended by the RCI – the “Correct Correct Correct” scandal is a classic example of how the AG’s Chambers can disagree with the recommendations of the panel. The value is in the exposure to the public of how these clowns conduct their business, make their decisions and how their decisions end up putting money into their cronies’ pockets, but putting misery into the life of the rakyat.
Najib may be a little slow, but he is not THAT dumb to allow UMNO’s decision-making to be exposed for all to see. So Mamakthir is actually counting on that – and trying to tell the whole world “see, I fought for transparency but the government won’t allow me to clear the air”.
Another sandiwara by Mamakthir a la Bollywood style.
