A silly firm is suing PKFZ for 100plus million ringgit for consultancy fees due to it in respect of some consultancy services rendered. Baginda got 500 million for advising najib in the purchase of submarines. Now I really wonder how much the umno cybertroppers got for throwing insults here. Several hundred million as well?

Are you OTK’s ball carrier? This blog entry is about PKFZ and not about CSL. We have a lot of other blogs discussing CSL elsewhere, and this is not the place.
There is nothing political about PKFZ. An astonishing amount of people’s money was being squandered and we have a right to know where the money has gone to and to ask for some accountability. Nothing short of a Ministerial White Paper is adequate to address this monstrous misuse of funds.
If you want to carry OTK’s balls, please write something in his blog. I can give you the website if you can’t google it.

Personally, I do not see any practical reason for PKFZ to roll on.
1. Is the Account creditable for anyone to take over?
2. Who dare to take over the project when the existing are netted with “unauthorized Guarantee” and other rotting terms terms, etc.? Unless with bankruptcy to the existing PKA, I believe any new comer will be scared to take over. But, I believe PKFZ scares to open their account for sale!
3. Any Government Department has proven record of Administrating such project?
4. Any party (politically and administratively related) trustworthy of handling it?
5. Any Feasibility Analysis to support its existing or rolling, especially who could be the parties interested and capable of taking it over?
6, Most probably, it should be to the hand of Foreign Company. But, will there be supporting policy, or, there again 30% Bumi quota? But, who dare to come when the Government is not accountable for what they had done!!
I believe BN is struggling to continue the project so that they can keep the books and other matters in their hands!! So, Politically, it will be on the Roll and continued with “aware loss”!! CONTINUE TO SUCK!!
Because they can control the Police and the Judiciary!
The Ethic, transparency, accountability and Laws in this country are dead!!

I really appreciate the economic projects undertaken by the government, including the 2 Penang bridges, KLIA, Tanjong Pelepas Port, North-outh Highay, etc, that provide us with the opportunity to raise our standard of living through our efforts, but the government please be fair to all races. By being fair to all races, the government ill automatically gain the confidence of foreign investors for they think that ‘this is the country that orks’. 1Malayia is a good concept but the government must really mean it. There is no point to shout 1Malaysia slogan, not followed by actions that would increase confidence among the multi-racial, multi-religious population. We mustn’t shout ‘Malaysia Boleh’ in so many areas, only to see scandal after scandal that will impoverish Malaysians of all races!

Our Bank Negera is managed by UMNO.
Just look at all the banks getting bigger with so much profit.
And have you seen a smaller bank can buy up a big bank…..approved by Bank Negara? Only in Malaysia.
Therefore..Bank Negara is UMNO Bank too.
Car loans are given up to 7 years to please the Malays.
Not one ever complaint about bank interest….service charges…late payment charges….all add up to be the real ah long of Malaysia.
Ah Long have small amount to lend out…and got rich..through gangsterism. Banks millions times more and all bank owners become billionaires…never heard of in the world….except in Malaysia.
Remember…….banks are provided by huge billions of deposits by bank negera at 2 or 3 % interest per year.
Banks lend the billions out on cars at approximately 40% gross interest per year.. You go and calculate the nett nett.
Then the housing loans….which works out around 15% per year.
Desperate borrowers will even agree to more than 20% per year…..especially on shop lots.
The ordinary businessmen must have some properties to let banks hold on to it…to borrow.
PMs sons just take RM100 million…no need anything….just the name PM son…ok.
Right under Bank Negera’s eyes….these things are happening.
They have no power to arrest…….but certainly they have power to apply strict rules for banks to follow.
Banks have gone bust all over the world….and it is coming to Malaysia soon.
Before Mahathir….banks were strict in lending….all controlled by Bank Negara. The sufferers are mostly Chinese…cannot grow fast…slowly.
Once Mahathir boosted the Malays to do business…it’s free and easy…but Malays are famous to borrow…cannot pay.
As you can see….it all boils down to changing our attitudes and mind set….to be responsible and truthful…….taught in schools and shown by political leaders.

i. Is it fair to bring Ling Liong Sik and CCChoy to the spotlight and make them answerable to their or their sub-ordinates misdeeds?
ii. If LLS and CCC refuse to be answerable to the public, is it fair that OTK has to be answerable since PFKZ board of directors unable to do so?
iii. If your staffs cannot answer of course the boss have to answer.
iv. More than 1 yr being given to OTK to clarify to the public. Is it fair to say if the Transport Minister still cannot give a simple answer, all eyes will be looking at his boss ie Prime Minister to take the lead to resolve the scandalous white elephant?
Of course all eyes will be looking at PM if TM unable to clarify what happen to our money in PFKZ.
Of course if CSL was the TM we will question him the same.
That’s how the system works.

The Port Klang Authority (PKA) has established a ‘special task force’ and two committees to act on the findings of the Port Klang Free Zone audit report by Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC).
The task force consists of lawyers, accountants, quantity surveyors and building cost consultants from reputable firms, headed by senior lawyer Vinayak Pradhan.
