Yes UMNO want Malaysia to be upside down …a complicated backward country…to suit their agendas.
We need to withstand all their injustices and be bravely disobedient to these self appointed landlords of our country.
Lets hope those who voted for UMNO to govern the country…realized…UMNO is not governing with respects to voters at all.
UMNO is not people friendly …but friendly to people who accepts UMNO as self appointed lords and kings..we commonly call it….little napoleons.

There is section in the CPC which states that nothing is an offence if committed by a minor who is 12 year old or less.
I suggest this section be amended to include the following ..” and all UMNO/BN leaders.”
Since this is what BN is practicing then why not add this phrase.

When asked to go patrols in kampongs, not enough manpower – ‘cos they are always on the standby waiting for one instruction to strike and arrest people taking breakfast, people wearing black, people holding candles and abusing human right by asking female to change clothes in the lockup in clear view of male officers. Are these poli-bodyguards benchmarking themselves against the Guantanamo Bay detention camp? Are they arresting terrorists???

The efficiency of the police and the MACC to harass opposition politicians is commendable, except that when it comes to really fighting crime these jokers are totally lost. Murders go unresolved, violent crimes go unresolved…..
Stealing is not a crime in Bolehland if it is perpetrated by the Barang Naik goons. They have immunity from prosecution.

Move into improve transport to help the poor, resolve crime issues in Pg…………a small island, not that difficult to manage like Singapore and Hong Kong! CHeers and be encouraged. RPK say, CORRUPTION IN ISLAM is as sinful as having sex with own mother! Corruption is acceptable by BN, if you do not believe in it. The long awaiting release of PKFZ report will give you an insight how sinful BN can be.
On the same note, my Buddhist master tell me that abuse public money will only lead to “HELL OF ETERNALITY” WHY?
Buddhist believe in karma. If you have cheated public money for the welfare of public, here we are talking of 26 millions Malaysian, who suppose to have the benefits of 1.8b to 4.6b and those who has abused this amount will need to repay all these money to each of everyone of those 26 m people.

Anything that serves to uncover corrupt practices is an offence.
Anything that would force police to investigate is an offence.
Some murder cases are left unsolved. Some have been solved but not put before the court for decison.

Today is a superb day … transcripts seem at the moment to show that PKR heroes making interesting propositions to Aminah … yes its all TERBALIK now. PRK or Opposition is now starting to do what BN is accused of always doing.
Of course with a man like Anwar at the helm that is what happens. He was the man who was engineering a 30-31 MP defection right? That man is also TERBALIK if you know what I mean.

I believe the suggestions of mui kuai fa are the aspirations which many small men and underprivileged people of Malaysia have long since been dreaming about. However, by looking into the Executive Power which is put in the hand of the head of a state government in Malaysia, it is not difficult for us to find that the policy choices which a state government can adopt are really very limited. A state government cannot raise fund through debt financing for development purposes for a period of longer than the remaining term of the State Legislative Assembly without the prior consent of the Parliament. Without debt financing, how can the state government raise adequate funds for project financing within the relevant state?
Singapore Government and HongKong Government usually raise funds through the auction sale of state lands. However, for Penang and Selangor there are really not many state lands left and available for sale through an open auction. Moreover, the amendment of Federal Constitution during the tenure of Dr. Mahathir for restricting the power of the state government through the National Land Code also created some hindrances for the free policy choices of the state government.
There is really not much freedom which a Pakatan Rakyat State Government enjoys in the formulation of the state development policy due to limited financial resources. The only way to resolve the problem is to overthrow BN Federal Government and replace it with Pakatan Rakyat Federal Government in the 13th General Election. This is because the power of raising long-term funds for development purpose is vested in the hand of Federal Government.

Taking a morning walk could be an offence.

Onlooker … you are most correct to say that PR states have limited resources for OBVIOUS reasons. BUT when it comes to Penang, I have to say there are some Little Napoleons.
I know many Penangites who love the state and have given much input as to how the State can raise its funds with little risk. This is all told to those who are only an inch away from LGE. What happens? Its never told to anyone else, its filtered or more likely just disregarded.
Why? Because these Little Napoleons who have never really worked in a corporate world or even run a small successful business think they know better when they are actually really very green.
This my friend is what is wrong with PR. They have what my friend calls a FORCE FIELD. The same manner as with BN. So why the hatred for BN?
A person needs to learn to change themselves before they want to see change. This is what Gandhi says … and we have PR members who want to talk like Gandhi and do what Gandhi did, starve la, civil disobedience. It will not happen until they all learn to really be like Gandhi. SELFLESS in their ways …
Did Gandhi call people with nasty names? No … Did he complain complain only? NO! PR is a specialist in that.
Look at Anwar, BN backs out of Penanti to gain a public relation coup (or try to get it), he needs to open his big mouth and call BN a coward and say its the beginning of their end. This from a man who said he got 30 MPs to defect? He said he will go see the Agong … did it happen?
He either LIED or MISLEAD or was INCOMPETENT. Lets NOT forget that!

What do you expect the nation to be if the doctrine of Separation of Powers is being jeopardized! Imagine, election matters (Perak fiasco) can be brought to the Court of Appeal! In UK, the highest court for dealing with election disputes is the High Court and it stops there! Now in the Perak fiasco, the PM is passing the ball to the Sultan, then to the MB. Who is in charge now? Sultan? MB? or the PM? Or is the PM contending that Perak is separate and detached from MALAYSIA????

I sought to differ from you all guys. Why? The actions done by BN UMNO and through PDRM is not because they are ignorant to the law and order. There are reasons…
There are 2 extremes here :-
Extreme 1 – BN UMNO PDRM.
Extreme 2 – PR
Choose your Extreme.
Noted :-
If you choose,
Extreme 1 = Whatever you do, you’re all right and will be rewarded fatten!
If you choose,
Extreme 2 = Whatever you do, you’re wrong and you’ll offend BN UMNO PDRM and hence you’ll be arrested and prosecuted!
They knew the law and order. Just that they twisted it to justify themselves. Whatever you’ll do, they’ll twist it…
So don’t go against them, otherwise you’ll get yourself into trouble.
What I can say now is to wait for the 13th GE. Other than that nothing could be done.
If only the whole country could be united to go against them…

But with all this passion and fire burning, how many really would believe that they are willing to be incarcerated for doing what is right so as to secure a political future for their children?
