YouTube video of police roughing up and dragging away veteran PAS leader who was former Deputy Minister and MP, Mustapha Ali when effecting arrest at Parliament precincts yesterday – another damning evidence of the violation of the sanctity of Parliament by the police and executive.
I told the police that what they had done was just wrong. DAP MP for Ipoh Barat, M. Kulasegaran asked where was the court order justifying the police action, but the police refused to show such an order.
Mustapha was guest of PAS MP for Tumpat, Kamaruddin Jaffar but such niceties and courtesies mean nothing to the Police, as clearly shown by this video clip captured by Lim Swee Kuan.

Obviously they(Police) did not have a court order to justify their actions otherwise why was it so difficult for them to produce? It was a bluff. They were playing poker games with Mustafa Ali and I think the IGP should be sued.

The UMNO and MIC representatives should not win in the next election. These UMNO and MIC leaders statements in the press like “ini bukan budaya kita”, “we will take actions on those spreading seditious statements” makes me question whether they are acting stupid or really stupid. I’m terribly angry and upset as a human being. All races thats marginalized in Malaysia must react to this unjustice. How can we contribute to help those in prison or are facing difficulty due to their bravery in fighting for rights of others?

RPK warned that UMNO is building up the race tension. First they caused Indians to feel angry and make them to protest. Next they want to cause Chinese to feel angry and make them to protest too. Then they tell the rest of Malays: Look, Chinese and Indian want to take away your bumiputras rights – they are your enemy! Hence conclude the riot and causing slaughter among our peaceful Malaysians.
Do not fall into UMNO’s dirty plan. Their plan is getting clearer and clearer to see. Wait until the coyote show their tail! Be calm and be cool. Show pictures and videos about UMNO violent instead. Tell your fellow friends not to rebuke with force as it is wrong. Let’s maintain a peaceful Malaysia and stay united among our Chinese, Malays and Indian buddies for a better Malaysia. Vote them out! UMNO wants the 60-65% Malay votes. So they don’t mind stepping on minorities and removing their rights. Look at the removal of crosses from missionary schools, stop work order on the Kuan Yin statue in Kudat, destroying Indian temples etc. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
UMNO is playing its last kopek now. Use the sentiments of the Malays by trampling the rights of the minorities. Following on Nazri’s words…sicne when has the majority bowed to the minority!!! However, does it mean then that the majority can trample the minority? [deleted] Indeed UMNO is above the law. That’s exactly why people are fed up.

Frankly, it was inevitable. That Badawi administration has sank to new lows of political behaviour should not surprise anyone. It takes great leadership to rise above and even with most talented men in the most developed states, its hard to do. Badawi is a man of mediocre talent faced with a time of seismic shift and he does not have it in him avoid this.
Its noteworthy that all were arrested and released before midnight, meaning they were not going to make it bigger than it already is. This is about stiffling dissent and not about issues. In other words, the PM clearly want this thing to just go away and have no wish to make it big.
This PM is NOT going to make any major policy change whether against the opposition or reform of UMNO. He just don’t have it in him.
This PM is testing the patience of people who want leadership and clarity. That is why Hindraf makes a lot of sense with their over-demands. In the face of inaction, you can only act faster and more.

For the PDRM to act this way and ignoring the sanctity of Parliament clearly shows they have been given the green light to proceed to act in this manner. And their boss is AAB, the Interior Security Minister.
In return for their support of the Govt. the PDRM has been promised that the Govt will their best to do away with the IPCMC and even if implemented will be completely watered down.

PM + Cabinet + Parliament + PDRM + AG + Stupid Magistrates and judges of the Courts + Media VS helpless Hindraf + Helpless BERSIH + helpless Opposition parties + helpless lawyers + helpless lovers of democracy.
I don’t think we can place our hopes on the monarchy who are more interested to preserve whatever security of tenure they have. The only hope will ne some God fearing judges before whom the helpless will go for redress.

What are you waiting for? Press the charges hard and fast on them. You have video tapes as evidence that the police were roughing people up for no reason. THey are not even criminals. I know the judicial system in Malaysia is rotten, but if you press charges, you will get mass media(not mainstream media, but the internet) as your bullets to fight this injustice. So far the Goverment has been very aggressive in handling the situation and the way they handle it, is very very wrong too. Heck, is not even CONSTITUTIONAL. I still see the public as being very docile so far. Or are you people, simply buying time for election to unleash your wrath?
If so, what if, AAB suddenly says, we wont be having elections for X amount of time? What then?

You have seen the videos, read the news online and make your comments. Your comments show the frustrations and not knowing what to do. Some of the commentators are so good in writting, presenting their arguments with facts and so on…..
Is that all you can do here? Do you know that there are millions out there still do not have the priviledge to access all these informations? They are still clinging on to the gomen control tv and media for informations and you should know very well what kind of informations they are getting.
WE MUST START TO DO SOMETHING AND WALK OUR TALK IF YOU WANT TO SEE CHANGES FOR A BETTER MALAYSIA
We must start now to inform those around us the real situation our country is in now and why we must stop the umno control bn before they take this country down the drain.
Start talking to your friends and relatives and convince them that the Vote For Change is a neccessity in the coming election. You should be able to tell them the truth as you have the priviledge of all the true informations online.
I had already started and many are quite convince but I feel it is still not enough and I will keep on reminding them each time I see them until election day.
Just remember, whatever umno talks about unity and equal for all are BULLSHIT.

Hey, if a person is being arrested without a court order, doesn’t that mean that that person’s rights is being violated as well?
As for the minister who ignored the problem, he seems suspicious to me. How can a minister treat such a problem without interfering at all? It is as if he wants it to happen that way. Noticed that the police quickly arrest the person as the minister just came?
Looks so suspicious.

When a party in power playing rough, it would not produce a positive result…
What would be the reaction… when the oppressed party can’t have their voice heard in a nice way??
Some might resort to their own form of “jihad”……it could not be don’t in a nice way, so they might justify themselves to do it a hard way ….
If the ruling party would not care about the minority plights, do not respect their religions by demolishing temples…and taking down crosses from mission school…..flex their muscle…..use the police a their dogs to carry out their agendas…..

How can it be called a fair election when all the mainstream mass media used as UMNO/BARISAN NASIONAL to spread their propaganda?
The Barisan Nasional would use the TV and newspapers portray the oppositions party negatively, telling the naive village people that ‘only barisan nasional is good’….. Opposition members would not have chance to get their message through to the people, especially to rural folks…..Wrongdoings by the Barisan Nasional would be blacked out by the media….. only nice for public consumption reach the People….

The coming elections will NOT be fair. All reports in mainstream media are influenced by BN, BN has the right to assembly…Opposition not, Election chairman is a BN man, Constitution amended to allow for this, movement for free and fair elections clamped down…money thrown at constituencies to won votes…etc. Furthermore, they cow the public into thinking that id they vote opposition, May 13 will repeat.
