///If Barisan were to win, that would mean voters approve of the current pervasive corruption and abuse of power. We would have gone further, essentially rewarding those who have destroyed MAS, Perwaja, Bank Bumiputra, and others. Expect the greed of ministers and their families to grow unabated. Our rotten system of education would continue its decline. Our professors and academic leaders would continue to be chosen based not on their scholarly contributions but their ability to suck up to the politically powerful.///

And for precisely that purpose umno urged voters to support umno for continuity.

I would like to call upon all Malaysians to stand together, shoulder to shoulder, and built a Malaysian Malaysia. Please, let us not play a politics of division. Let us built a politics of unity. Let us not have a politics of inclusiveness, and reject a politics of exclusiveness. I am not good with big terms. All I know is that a politics of exclusiveness is why nations fail. To succeed in the 21st century and beyond, we have to be inclusive. We are Malaysian. We are rich Malaysians. We are poor Malaysians. We are disadvantaged Malaysians who need help. We are advantaged Malaysians who can help others. Please do not practice a politics that divide.

We must change the tenant at Putrajaya, whose only claim to glory is a politics of corruption and division. GE 13 is coming soon. Let us work very very hard to get all to vote. Every vote counts. First to GE 13, then to Putrajaya.

Change we must. Change we can. Change we shall.

In a broad stroke yes its a choice between Fedualism and Liberalism but if the intellectualism fails you then the more practical way is simply this: We have always chosen system that is practical and can work - THE SYSTEM NO LONGER WORKS AND BREAKING DOWN..The issue is do we keep the system until its completely broken down and harder to change then or do we change the system so that works better and more sustainable?

The system is breaking down and will end all that we see around us - all they are doing is just spending money and squeezing a little bit more out of the unaccountable system that exist today. In order for the system to be sustainable, it need buy-in NOT just from one group of people but as many as possible including all races and foreign investor - only when everyone believes in the system can it last for more than just a few more years..

Whatever the system is, it MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE AND TRUSTED and the current system is NOT. They are reporting things ONLY for the purpose of publicity and marketing - winning the GE, they are not interested in people trusting the system as much as fooling them..Such a system WILL BREAK DOWN and it will end all we know today..
