Decades of comfort zone, behind
1) race-religion divide-and-rule,
2) BN indoctrination thru controlled means,
3) oppressive laws and agencies iron-fisted silencing technics and distraction,
4) Fear factors and money buy everything.

Finally, evolved into ‘the curses’ that BN can no longer live without, and only weapons they know to deploy toward whatever enemies of them.

These ancient type of ‘silencing’ technics, legacy of eighties and nineties iron-fisted-strongman-control, had been out-powered by internet blogs, FB, twitters, ambiga and goodmen.

Why demonise the two bodies and not work with them to solve the problems? The author asked of umno.

In that case umno would not only be out of office, umno would almost certainly also be in prison – some of its members (maybe cronies or supporters or family members, I dont know) may even be sentenced to death for murder (my guess alright).

The UMNO/BN govt is persecuting Bersih & Suaram for the simple reason ITS DIRTY (KOTOR)!..Period..

Its one thing for the govt to argue against Bersih & Suaram but its not what they are doing. In fact, they have few replies for all the questions raised. Their motives are clear – they just want to win – at any cost (BUT so long as they don’t have to pay for it). Its been like that from the start and still is after what is now years.

Its simply time to clean house – UMNO/BN is simply too dirty..

The BN government’s keen interest in cleaning out Bersih and Suaram merely PROVES that there is unfair electoral roll manipulation by the government and corruption among defense officials in the Scorpene submarine deal.
