Once the Agreement is signed, the deeds and misdeeds are no longer the issue. The BN government just have to deliver its part of the bargain, otherwise why sign the Agreement?

The Oil loyalty can be ignored or reconsidered as only a Good Will!! The Peace Agreement can be ignored!!
