    1. The bill is unconstitutional allowing PM to be outside the monitoring of the Parliament, given an Extra set-up with a blank Check to draw with unspecified Size and Budget – with freedom of Contracting!! – WHY SHOULD IT BE A CORPORATE BODY??
    2. The bill further surrender the Power of the Parliament to Agong abusing the Obligation of the Parliament as Representative of the PEOPLE to monitor and decide on the Government.
    3. The BILL OVER POWER to the PM, the Commissioners and … but lacking the emphasis on their performance with the “Protection” of Authority Act and theIR Power of cutting Transparency at the discretion of the Commissioner.
    4. The Bill create a Court outside the existing Court System.
    ETC,,

IT SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE PARLIAMENT!!

A bill should be created to see Punishment to be activated with abuse of Rules and Regulation and any violation will get corresponding Penalties. The Authority Protection Act should be removed to put all Public Servant to face equal and fair obligations as Each and Every Malaysia to face their obligations under their duties. A more heavy penalty should be activated as they should know the Law, Rules and Regulations.
A Bill to encourage Ethnics and sense of Responsiblity, Transparency, Accountabilty and Human Rights!

This is not the First One in betraying the Rights of the People and Parliament, the MACC and those Housing ACT (including the Building Management, Strata Title), Water Bills, Solid Waste Management bill, etc..

CAN’T WE SEE A CHANGE WITH 86 OPPOSITIONS IN THE PARLIAMENT?

First he exposed MCA Port Klang Free Zone corruptions…..and will never let go..until OTK respond. He will go after.. OTK day and night…till 13tyh GE….if necessary. He will not let go.
Now he is exposing Police with so much evidences that Malaysia is heading towards a dangerous country to live in.
He has proven beyond any doubt. the IGP should be replaced….as present IGP is for UMNO……..and not protecting Malaysians
There is no one in Malaysia that is sincerely fighting for Malaysians than LKS and love the country so much….as LKS.
This is a first class non corrupted politician and parliamentarian.
Anyone can accused LKS is a dictator in DAP…is after power and with selfish reasons. It is totally nonsense.
He is difficult to replace… in DAP.
No one work so hard for the salary than LKS…and truly daring..brave….forthright…so intelligent….trying so hard to give us the true picture of UMNO government.
If no one believe in him….DAP would not have won Penang and so many seats.
Coming 13th GE….I am sure….DAP will be well rewarded much more by voters with appreciations and gratefulness.
May he live long to fight for our freedom.

The point of critcising the MACC and the PKFZ is that the message to govt everywhere is simply this: Mediocrity everywhere is being destroyed and and there is practically no room for it in ALL government and leaders of all kinds.

Look at Iran – there is hardly any public proof that the conservative govt cheated in the election but the people believe it to be so because they collect their own evidence themselves and thirst for the things that are the same everywhere – freedom, self-determination.

The Iranian govt got more money than God and controls that is the envy of dictators everywhere. But simply progress means anything less than the highest standards is unacceptable.

The same with MACC and PKFZ, look at Iran and see what could have been and may still be…

Brother Kit Siang is a FIRST CLASS WORLD POLITICIAN. Only Ong Ta Kut underestimates Brother Kit Siang’s capabilities by responding that Brother Kit Siang is not qualified to debate with him. Ta Kut just simply says that you are “takut” to debate with Brother LKS.

Brother LKS, keep up the spirit of exposing the evil and ill deeds of BeEnd for the sake of national service and public interest. The rakyat are fully behind you.

We hope that Ong Ta Kut believes in national service and public interest. If yes, can Ong Ta Kut proudly hand out the PKFZ report together with the appendices to all MPs before this current Parliament sitting adjourns on 2 July 2009????????????????

    \1 Malaysia\ billboard cracked Allah give us a sign…it is a slogan….created by a little bit…cracko unelected PM.
Even if it means to unite all Malaysians…it will never work….as long as there are UMNO….MCA and MIC……clear racialists parties.
    Change to…such as….\United Malaysians National Organization\….\Malaysians Community Association\…..and \Malaysians Industrial Congress\….admitting all races…sure to get more votes.
Malay..Chinese and Indians clearly said in those parties…to divide and rule….as one?
The Father…Son and the Ghost are clearly three….not one.
Papak…Anak dan Hantu…mana boleh jadi satu?
    Nak bohong Malaysians…lagi?
