This scandal clearly shows that there is no such thing as accountability as far as misdemeanours involving leaders from the ruling parties are concerned. Since the PKFZ is located within Selangor don't the Selangor state government have some say about the appointment of the Board of PKA? Or is it the prerogative of the Minister of Transport?
