They are not particularly concerned about the grid-lock at Woodlands as long as the waters at Selat Tebrau cannot pass under a bridge at the exact location where the causeway is! If not, change the IGP guy...Govt. had spend a lot on police force...new uniforms, new bikes, new mitsubishi lancer-evolutions patrol cars, funds for police schools but end up..catch your family members & mine for minor offences(public)...
