Be honest to the Chinese & Indians. Tell them once for all that it is not wrong to say that they were sons and grandsons of immigrants. Do they want to deny that remarks ? ///

This was posted by Mozafar in Che Det's thread on Pohon Maaf (2).

Can you imagine Mozafar suggesting to Mahathir to say that? Doesn't Mozafar realize that Mahathir was the grandson of immigrant as well?

How many ancestors does one person have?

2 parents (one previous generation)
4 grand parents (two previous generations)
8 great grand parents (three previous generations)
16 great great grand parents (four previous generations)
32 great great great grand parents (five previous generations)
2^6=64 great great great great grand parents or ancestors (six previous generations)
......
2^10=1,024 ancestors (10 previous generations)
2^20=1,048,576 ancestors (20 previous generations)

So, if there were one person who claimed to be racially pure in this nation, please stand up to be counted!

There are 46 chromosomes in each of our cells. In view of the large number of ancestors we each have, don't be surprised that we share one or more of our chromosomes and genes with those in a Malay, Chinese, Indian, Iban, Kadazan, or what have you!

It's all about religion, not ethnicity. If the PM's maternal grandpop had been a Buddhist, today the PM is a squatter

Guys, Maybe we should START COMPILING A LIST of BN’S LEADERS ANCENSTOR TO SHOW WHERE THEY ORIGINATED!

We may start we with Pm, DPM, ex-PM, Ministers etc…

If I am not wrong, DPM has some relationship with Bugis from Suleiwasi, Indonesia.

Continue if you know more….

^^You are so darn right. This is a call for a radical but positive change for dear Malaysia. We have had enough of the Malays trying to show themselves to the non-Malays as if they own whole of Malaysia. This HAS to stop. S-T-O-P! Malaysia does not belong to one ethnicity but to various ethnicities. Racism and so-called ethnocentric mentalities do NOT belong in a diverse nation like Malaysia. And lastly I have to say perhaps MCA and MIC should consider changing their coalition within BN and perhaps merge with DAP for a change. A political party should not only be the kind that "walk the talk" where its celebrates diversity and unity but also maintain democracy and freedom of expression for our people.

Why a 3rd generation Chinese born in Malaysia is not bumiputera, whereas a 2nd generation Indonesia born in Malaysia is a bumiputera?

Well, it is all up to the MCA/Gerakan and other component parties to fight for, they have being fighting from internally and cowardly, but we wasted the whole life without result. If they have really fought, we may not end up like 3rd class.

Why a 3rd generation Chinese born in Malaysia is not bumiputera, whereas a 2nd generation Indonesia born in Malaysia is a bumiputera?
So is there any rule that says after X generation that you are entitle to a bumiputera status.
Why Baba and Nyonya is not a bumiputera, localized since Melaka sultanate?
Why a Muslim Indian is a clasified as bumiputera, since they are just localized recently in history.
So please tell me what is the exact criteria to be classified as a bumiputera?
