Considering that the Grand ‘Ole Chief Hypocrite of Malaysia is already making fun of the word “Pakatan” today, we should revert to “Barisan Rakyat”. There is no reason to avoid using the word “Barisan” because it is not exclusive to the other party. In fact, if the word “Barisan” implies “Government”, then the current coalition of DAP-PKR-PAS has more right to the word than the other party if not for their cheating in the 12GE.

If you still feel that “Barisan” is taboo, you may want to consider “Sinergi Rakyat” or “People’s Synergy”. “Synergy” is widely used in the ICT industry but may be an odd word for politics but hey, we are in the 21st Century where the Internet rules. The only problem: “Sinergi” is too lembik (like Badawi) whereas “Pakatan” is too keras (like Mahathir ).

Back to the word “Barisan”, let’s put it another way. If you do not seize the word, another multi-racial party might come along one day and call themselves “Barisan Rakyat”. Where does that leave you then???

Hey, what the PR name may be, what is most important is that the alliance works to show and derail what BN has to say.

Please look at how much insinuations, criticism and hatred being posted by bloggers on Ali Rustam’s blog topic (Pakatan Rakyat….Untuk Apa?)

Ali Rustam has now felled into the well with such rude shocking comments (including no class postings as compared to DSAI & LKS) he received from bloggers.

At first i thought PAS will still embrace hudud law, but after attending some PAS ceramah, i realized their attitude has already change they realized from their past mistakes, and stressed this time, they respect other religion rights.
