Are you not aware that MSM is government regulated and controlled? Are you not aware that there are no alternative printed media allowed? So, precisely what are you talking about when you said that the MSM are also entitled to freedom of expression? In any case, are MSM really highlighting news and views that they genuinely believe in, or are they merely mercenary and stooge? Your view is acceptable only if a society allows freedom of expression in the sense newspapers are allowed total freedom to support or go against the government. My feeling is Abdullah don’t hear the likes of Nazri and Johari Baharom and Mat Deros. He think they are not symptomatic of a larger problem of culturally changing the Malay after decades of NEP and Ketuanan Melayu.
