If that is in fact the case then what the Mufti Of Istanbul Dr. Mustapha Shagherachi says "In the entire Muslim World there is no university like Harvard and the contribution of the Muslim World to modern inventions is zero." must indeed has a grain of truth!! From this two standpoints ask ourselves whether this nation is civilised like Norway for example or whether it is more like Zimbabwe or Pakistan??
