I looked up the Penal Code. If talking aloud to oneself is an offense under the country's Penal Code, then we would have to charge Abdullah Badawi for talking in his sleep.</description>

We don't see judges and magistrates and judicial officers resigning or refusing to attend court - or lawyers refusing to attend court or litigants refusing to attend in court.
