If his present government's legitimacy continues to wobble and becomes seriously threatened by international and domestic condemnation on its record of rampant, high-level official corruption and mis- and abused NEP, sooner or later (likely later rather than sooner), their past will catch up and they need foreign homes to scoot off to before that happens. Should such come to pass, Perth will be just a little garden shed in comparison, with the riches currently at his disposal. There is already the Cobra Sultan on standby, even if not really "owned" by him.
