I was wondering why Malaysian Government who has announced the usage of Open Source software in all government departments 3 years ago has failed to do so? Has Microsoft or Bill Gates has beenthrowing some free software to the schools that make our Govt stop using opensource?? Can any Ministry answer to this? Scrolling also very slow. Switching to Firefox [with Javascript disabled] - no problems at all. I noticed that the problem started after the change in layour. Seems like incompatible Active Script problem. To identify the code that caused the problem, remove all sections from the page. Insert the sections one by one and test the page after each insertion.
